The food was amazing and our waiter (Susan) was welcoming and loving. Definitely the place to come to. My boyfriend said whoever cooked the food definitely made it with love ❤️

Apple Crumble French Toast which was new on the menue was absolutely amazing and our service from the lovely Dineo made our day.

Never had a less than great experience at Mugg & Bean in general, but Mooirivier Mall Branch is always a treat, whether using it as my office for a day, as a makeshift exam hall or coffee catchups with my sister or a mom&son coffee date. It never disspoints. The coffee, the seasonal food, the delicate desserts always leaves me wanting more and I do keep coming back. Danny serving us today is extreamly friendly and quick and a true ambassador. You would not say the pace is packed with Father's Days customers. The service is quick, efficient and warm. The bacon and blueberry bagel is a must keep item for the menu.

I visited Mugg & Bean in Mooirivier Mall for the first time since it was renovated. I took my mom to have cake and coffee. I had a simple request to have 1 candle on one of the cake slices. To our waiter it seemed like a major challenge. He didn’t even bother to make a plan for a candle to make my mom feel special on her birthday. For the price I paid I could have bought a whole cake together with candles and celebrated my mom’s birthday at home. There won’t be a next time. I’d rather take my money somewhere else.

I came here for brunch with my friend and it was absolutely amazing!! The services here is always excellent. Shout out to Mme Susan, she recommended the Alabama Chicken Stack and I fully enjoyed it! A burned omelet with no Avocados...was sliced thou. Ordered 2 coffees with hot milk and twice had to ask for hot milk again.And service us in Afrikaans if you know we are Afrikaans speaking people. Obviously the bad service was evilminded by the waiter who didn't want to service us in Afrikaans although he was very able to .

Coffee and meals are acceptable quality although infant sized portions. Personnel is also scarce, suggest tables should have a bell.

Never my first choice anywhere, however, their menu is reasonable and service at this particular restaurant was good.

Revolting oily eggs Half toasted cold toast Smiley faces not hash browns Dirty jam dish Oily cheese on bagel Cold sweet potato chips 40 minutes waiting to receive this. No one came to enquire on our meal. Did not even bother to take photos. 2 of the worst meals I have ever received.

Danny was amazing! Experience was good even when the Mall seemed to NOT care about it’s patrons with renovations during peak times. Food was good like always. I had the big daddy burger and it was more than expected. I love coming to M&B. Their waiters are always friendly and good at what they do, like Danny, who seems to be part of the furniture.

Patience was our waitress and she made our experience absolutely amazing. Our food came within minutes and drinks were not even 2 minutes after placing our order. 10/10 would recommend her as your waitress for an amazing lunch/dinner/breakfast. Thanks Patience! :)

My Dad and i had the most wonderful experience at Mug n Bean Mooirivier Mall today. Every server and member of staff greeted us and ensured that we were well taken care of. Had a great time and Dineo (our waiter) was awesome and we didn't have to wait long for our order. However I ordered the BACK BACON & BLUEBERRY Buttered & toasted bagel. It was rather hard and chewy, and overall difficult to eat. I was really excited to try it, but was in fact left disappointed.

Dolly has given us amazing experience. She was friendly and sweet. She definitely added to the great experience. The strawberry cheesecake was amazing and I'll definitely recommend it.

Terrible dining experience. Our waiter was 100% so was the food. But the staff moving on the floor are rowdy, talking about their personal staff and swearing. Even the manager, omw. We were v disgusted, even asked our waiter to speak to his colleagues to be a bit more professional. Really tempering with the brand.
