Would have given five stars - but the service was slightly sub-standard this afternoon. The food and ambience still contributed two stars each. Great place and a definite recommend still!

Always a good experience when visiting Lonhorn in Bloemfontein. Our waiter was a delight and professional. I ordered the Sunday T-bone special for R159. The meat was cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth good with some nice crispy bits. The ambiance in the restaurant is very good and more relaxed than competimg franchises.

Can’t say enough good things about Longhorn. It was so delicious, not pretentious and amazing service. The server was always around at the right times and super friendly. The crumbed mushroom and chateaubriand steak special were stars! I got mine with half vegetables (creamed spinach and butternut) with mashed potatoes with gravy and it was the way to go. The peri peri chicken livers was a touch on the spicy side without being overpowering. The chocolate mousse and ice cream were a nice shareable size. Tip: we brought a nice MCC and we’re charged only 30R corkage.

We ate there over two evenings, and on both occasions the staff that served us were amazing (Shout out to Jean). The selection of food was excellent and on both occasion the steak that we ordered were prepared to perfection. I can highly recommend the establishment. Friendly staff, great food and great atmosphere.

Fantastic! One of my new favorite restaurants. You have to try the cheesy garlic bread! To die for! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. And the food is very well made and presented.

When in Bloemfontein DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER RESTAURANT THAN THE Longhorn Restaurant. The food are absolutely five star!! Absolute exceptional service and perfect delicious fantastic food!!! They have the preparation of gourmet food to the tee. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Longhorn. I highly, highly recommend the Longhorn in Bloemfontein.

Special mothersday lunch. Service started off good, though we had to get ice for our champagne ourselves from the bar, waited for drinks, waited a long time for our food. Food itself was fair. Overall not so good experience

Absolutely love this place. Staff friendly and helpful..food is great and very good priced..you get more than you pay for. Sitdown with friends or an in and out dinner never disappoint.

Received excellent service from the Manager Francois. We ordered food using Mr. Delivery and for some reason not all the food was delivered. Francois had no problem replacing the missing items out of his own pocket. Well done to you Francois

Excellent setting, beautifully decorated, well trained and knowlegable waiters - and then the food! It was an unbelievable experience!! Marble your steak for increased fun!!

Menu is unique, yet familiar. Prices are favorable too. A must try.

The service was good and the brownie was chocolatey delicious. Even though the steak was as tender and juicy as always, it lacked flavour.

Beautiful restaurant. Large variety of food options to choose from. Steak was delicious and service good. Would definately go back when I travel there for business again. Im back!!!! Delicious as usual

Delightful dining experience. Delectable food served in portions that keep you appetized. Kingklip was delicately tasty. Their malva pudding is simply the best. The ambiance is great. That walk up the seemingly steep staircase is worth every single step.
