I had a shockingly bad experience here and it was not because of the workers but because of how dirty it was. The table we were sat at was very dirty and we asked the waiter to wipe it, after she finished wiping it it was still dirty. The "clean" table next to us still had a used servite under it and the table across us still had dirty plates and food on it from the previous customs which attracted a few flys. I dont know if this is a result of poor magement or being under staffed but poor hygienic practices has never been part of Nando's brand

We Visited This Place During Macufe Weekend as We Were in Bloemfontein. The Food Was Good👍 Even Though the Waitress Gave Us the Wrong Order. We Called Her and She Brought the Correct One. Nice Cool Atmosphere.. Bigger Sitting Space. I Like the Fact That They Still Using Sanitizer at the Door👏👏

Disappointed. I am a big Nandos’ (Livers and Casa Pap) fan… However, I have never seen this recipe and tasted such at all the Nandos’ restaurants I have visited in this country. Haibo! I don’t know what happened at the Bloemfontein, Nelson Mandela Drive Branch today. I am beyond words. They didn’t even use the sauce that’s usually added…it is so dry. Please talk to the Chef. That’s one of the main Nandos’ restaurants in Bloemfontein…it’s worse I recommended this dish to colleagues because I’m used to it and it is good. Then I experience such. Please do the right thing. I asked for Mozam Paprika Flavour, not crushed garlic.

I could eat that chicken everyday n still feel like its the first time I taste it. ..there's no competition for Nandos chicken

Manager failed to respond positively. Hed a heavy attitude when asked to intervene. The queue was unreasonably long, mixing new orders with people who ordered online. The operation seems severely under- stuffed. A positive attitude and willingness to make customers feel understood could go a long way. Please train, don't fire.

I will definitely visit this Nandos on my next trip, friendly staff and easy to communicate.

Pathetic service, had to wait for more than 35min for my order. Kept on changing, if is not waiting for the spinach, it was delays with wedge which later turned into chicken. No remorse no worries. Remind never to use this shop again

Their fries are too dry and sometimes you get less number of pieces. e.g you buy a full chicken and you ask them to cut it for you, instead of 8 pieces, you'll get 7. It doesn't happen every time but it does happen sometimes. So to be sure you should count your pieces while still inside the shop which is not good. I'd be happy if that can be corrected.

Such bad service. I stood by the collection area for very long whilst both the manager n the staff ignored me n kept walking right passed me. When i finally ask the manager if my order was ready, he was quiet rude n just said the gentleman will help u. If that is the treatment we get from a manager then what r we expecting from the employees. I wont return back there.

I ordered a full chicken,half mild and the other half hot. Mild was supposed to be well done and hot well done with extra sauce. I didn't get what I ordered. The meat was white,tasted as if it's half cooked. I'm experiencing this for the third time

Food is tasty but the service is really bad, need better Management. Tills are always empty. At peak which is lunch time, we spend most of the time either waiting for the food/ order. Feel sorry for the one at the till as she has to pack the food and attend to clients.

I find the establishment not quite classy as Nando's used to be. The food is not worth the amount, the service is not good like before, I really didn't enjoy the food as much as I thought, I really think Nando's has lost its original you touch And please give your staff a.proper customer care service training and do something about the uniform its not quite appealing. The atmosphere was very dull considering the fact that it was December, it was really not welcoming or exciting.

It was tidy and clean. The waiters were friendly. The food came quicker than we expected as it was lunchtime. The ques were long, but the service was quick.

Really coasy environment, the mood lighting makes the place feel very cinmatic. Altogether I had some great tasting fries.

The waiter was lost with our order. He spent some minutes with other customers who did not recognise the order. Although he found us later, it was no tan ideal scenario because of the exposure of the literally-open food content to to others.

The order was incomplete and had to wait for the veggies and drinks, after finishing the meal (no sauce as requested). Further delay on the takeaway container. The service was not impressive.

Look guys have been eating Nandos for many years. I usually visit this branch weekly. I love Nandos. I ordered wings and chips tonight. Wings were really tiny. Where as one of the male waiters passed me with the same plate for his dinner and they were double sized.🤔 Isn't it the customers keeping the business alive? Look no offence I grant him the meal know they are hard working. Table want cleaned as well. Toilets are in a ridiculous poor condition. Water on the urinal leaking for 5 weeks continuously now. Water on the floor. Flies in the bathroom. No serviots at the basin. Dirty!! Guys can we sort this out?

Staff friendly, service not so good. The staff does not double check what they give to customers, if the customer decides to trust them u re bound to have some of what u paid for left in store. I have left my anned cappy twice and chips 🍟 twice. And could not get them due to lack of the slip. So I'm not happy at all with that. The atmosphere is not so great and environment managers must sort out the general waste bin it makes the whole place look dirty

Visiting the outlet was my worst decision of the day of which I will regret for long. I paid for chips and Coke (sit in)but never received my chips because my friend with a different order number from mine was given chips in his plate and when I complained that I am still waiting for my chips, was told that they were in my friend's plate. The manager on duty wanted my friend to buy me chips and as my friend said it was not his fault, the manager and his waitress who were rude and arrogant just walked away from us. At the end I did not get the chips I fully paid for. That is Nandos stadium centre, Bloemfontein for u. How do you put order 743 and order 744 in the same plate, same table and expect us to share the meal without you having explained anything to us?

What is the point of having a call and collect service if we're going to wait for 30 minutes to get our food there like we waited in line with the rest of the customers? The staff even had to lie and say they are still making the drinks and even that took another 15 minutes to make 🙄 POOR, POOR SERVICE!!!!!

The restaurant is very spacious it looked accommodating I for one couldn't dine in I was in a hurry but I'd like to return at some point and do so

My colleagues and I went there for Lunch on Friday 28 October. The staff was friendly & patient with us. The rice is very little & I hope they increase their sides but nevertheless It was good.

Service is everything in every business. I was very unhappy yet I kept quiet and never raised my concern, on Saturday the 15th we ordered full chicken which was to come in two pieces, the other half been mild, and the other half lemon and herb as I do not consume hot stuff, but to my surprise my surprise the suppose to be lemon and herb half was also having chilli taste, WHY? i ate to save our time, not that I enjoyed my meal as expected.. I also believe that customers must be served with everything needed to enjoy their stay in a place, not for us to be lifting our hands and yelling "sorry can you give us toothpicks, why not send them at once. And after I have requested, the lady brings one toothpick to a table of 3 people, then we must ask again, bring another one. This Are little things that can be prevented, because it's not even easy to get their attention once they given you food.. Wasted money

Waited over an hour for my order which I ordered online. It was literally prepared after I paid in the store. I’m very big in Nandos but this is the most appalling I’ve experienced

Their food is the best compared to the other nandos franchises in bloem! They should teach their felo neighbors how to cook shem 😂 I love this place 😭😭I wanna live there!

The worst Nandos experience, it took 20min to receive food and by the time I received food it was dry, their meat is not marinated for 24hours as per the Nandos standard, it was just a normal Chicken that I had to put hot sauce over it. Needless to say I didn't finish my meal , just left. It was very bad.

Service is slow. The meat was dry with less sauce. No generator during loadshedding. Ai Maan Nandos is getting sloppy everyday and it's my favorite. They need a mystery shopper to shake things up. This is the 3rd time in 3 different locations. George, Bloemfontein and Soshanguve.

Nandos never disappoints.Was assisted by one of the friendliest lady at the till and the guy who brought ma order made sure that it was correct before givin it 2 me.Im more than satisfied.
