What a lovely experience to dine at this. From being made felt welcome at the door to our server Palesa serving is with a smile and so efficiently. And all the compliments to the chef for the food. Do put them as a to do when in Bloemfontein

Went for a child's birthday party. It was busy as usual but the waiter ensured that all our needs were attended to. It gets crazy when it involves children but she was able to make our experience memorable. I normally go for their breakfast,very refreshing and it's a good place to work from if you're trying to ease your mind from the tension at work

Best steak I had in a long time, my fillet was cooked to perfection, medium and was it juicy. Service was the best that I have had in along time. Just not a favorite of kids parties with kids running up and down screaming,but then again it's a family restaurant and they do cater for them so just a little that one has to give up,but then again I'm sure late afternoon or at night will avoid that. But all in all was a great sit down and relax.

Stupid tired! Medical visit to Bloem-I walk in on my own asking for a table for three-and I get Marco as a waiter! Had a few drinks😉 waiting for hub and son to pitch from welkom. Had the best time with him serving me and then the fam(friendly but not pushy and an understanding of body language and importance of eye contact with customers), the food was good and loved the portion of onion rings. Ambience and buzz was great-definitely visit again when back in the hometown.🤪❤

Great for family outings. I mostly like that children are given tags when they enter the restaurant for safety. There is an outdoor play area with various slides and bikes, the indoor play area has TV games. The food was great. Spur's Buffalo Wings and Ribs never disappoint.

Like most, if not all Spur Raches, this place has an upbeat atmosphere. It feels like you are surrounded by happy and cheerful people. Young kids will definitely love it here.

We came here to share dinner as a family. The first time we came for a Sunday afternoon meal. The second visit was to celebrate 🍾 my brothers 33rd birthday. It was a wonderful experience.

What an amazing experience. This morning we arrived at 7.55. Theresa, one of the waiters let us in and took us to our table. Took pur drinks order immediately and asked if we mind waiting for the grillers to get started! Took our food order. Was just a brilliant waitress You can also see the manager is hands on! The service was awesome. Food well prepared and quickly prepared. The kids enjoyed their burgers and desert. As for the bar one milkshake... it's my favorite and they never disappoint. Keep up the awesome work. Coming again and again.

Service is no good, 2hours and still waiting for our main meal, just under a hour for the starters. The waiter and kitchen staff have all the time in the world. Last time the Spur will ever see me again. Looks like no one is in control here.

I wanted to give 5 stars. For young kids and a family, this is great place to go. The kids have so much fun on the outdoor or indoor playground. Food is always excellent. No 5 stars because seating outside is unpleasant, if you move your chair you bump the person behind you, nor are there covid regulations in place for outside seating. Unfortunately the last two times I was there I had to ask to get a waiter each time and then once you have a waiter the service has been something be quite concerned about. Based on some of the negative points here, I will only be back for the kids.

Service is great when you dine in with family and friends, my very first take out experience with them was not so good, less priority was given to me as a take out customer on the day, not impressed with take out experience but I like the dine in experience since my varsity days.

Best moments we having. Manager came and introduced him to us and welcomed us. The waitron was visible every time we need her. In the cold weathers,the shop was warm like home.Burning spear Spur we love and appreciate your service. We are coming back again.

The service was great, even though we had to wait slightly longer to get helped upon arrival. we eventually got helped by one of the managers who's been nothing but a gentleman. the food was delicious, the rib was falling off the bone...overall the experience was awesome!!

Over all not bad but someone had a very heavy hand with the salt when it came to our chips. Not ideal for high blood pressure and honestly I can't see how anyone could enjoy that. It was disappointing but at least we managed to fit a romantic eve, a bottle of wine, two main courses and a tip into R350.

"Normal" Spur experience, but with an extensive play area for kids, albeit outdoors, therefore not ideal for the cold winter evenings of the Free State. Perfect for breakfasts, brunches and lunches for thse who have kids though. The service was also commendable and this branch is close to three fairly large shopping centers.

Went there on Monday 3 October 2022. Service was INCREDIBLY slow. We had to ask again and again and again for drinks that the waiter kept forgetting. It took more than an hour to get our food and when it arrived, the chips were stone cold and the burgers were dry and bland. Truly disappointing experience.

Spur always puts a smile on my face and going to Bloem for the first time really had me 😃 smiling! This Spur has a great play area for the kids, bigger then most! My nine year old was having a blast and made so many friends!

Great quality food and service at this Spur. They have a large outdoor playground as well as an indoor one. We all enjoyed our breakfast stop here enroute to the Eastern Cape. Christina was our friendly waitress.
