This is an easy super yes! Appears like a hidden little shop, the locals secret gem! Was referred and joined by a friend, and now we are even better friends ;) The Italian look, feel and vibe is definitely there, the local waiters are professional and on par. Then there is the problem with the food, you cannot eat everything in one go!! Wine and dine! Or just that drinks. Definitely need to work through this whole menu.

This place is truly a hidden Gem . Particularly if you enjoy dining at places with great aesthetic ! This always a new beautiful corner to uncover . The staff is quite friendly and on this particular visit ,I had the pleasure of indulging in a pleasant conversation with the bartender while I waited for my takeaway order . One of those auspicious nights you don't forget .

Authentic Italian. Good vibe. Very popular, so you should book. I had mushroom and truffle risotto which was delicious. Pizza great, and my partner had the chicken liver pasta which he loved.

As a lone traveler staying in the city one night, it's great to have a solo meal at a place with genuinely friendly and attentive staff - made my evening! The food is not 100% authentic, but it is 100% delicious. Highly recommended.

Cozy spot with a lovely atmosphere. Be it for a romantic dinner, family lunch or just a quick coffee and snack, it suits all needs. Owner goes above and beyond to ensure patrons are satisfied with their experience. I recommend making a booking for afternoons towards weekends as they do get quite busy being such a lovely spot. Food is delicious and waiters are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My wife chose this restaurant to commemorate our 20th wedding anniversary. Wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff, pet-friendliness for our service dog, and melt-in-your-mouth food made this occasion even more special!

Lovely place. I'm a fan of italian food, particularly pizza and pasta. From the time you enter, the atmosphere is welcoming. I went there to order food for takeout. I enjoyed the music, people, and staff was friendly and so on. I ordered a Salmon Penne Pasta which tasted great, and fresh. I'm definitely coming back here 😍

Went to the restaurant based on the reviews that it is one of the best in Bloemfontein. If this is the best Bloem can offer, then I’m sorely unimpressed. Firstly we had to wait an hour and a half for the food because it seems the owner is more interested in prioritizing take aways over restaurant patrons. After threatening to leave, the pizzas (if you can call them that) arrived and were raw and doughy and slathered in tomato paste. The cheese chips were really salty and the risotto was watery and had the wrong consistency. Do yourself a favor, give it a miss.

The service is so welcoming. They have a variety of meals on their menu which are mostly very filling for a very reasonable price. The restaurant is in a decently quiet place and includes a refreshing outdoor seating area.

Bela Casa is a very nice Italian restaurant. It is cosy and intimate. I really recommend it if you want nice food and great service.

We were just passing through Bloem and needed to stop for dinner, didn’t realize we would have such a fantastic experience. Sharon was our waitress and made us feel like we were visiting more than sitting at a restaurant, Italian Hospitality in the middle of the Free State! Their cocktail specials were delicious and the Pizza was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Dare I say, I would return to Bloem for a visit at Bella Casa? 🤷🏻‍♂️ The Tiramisu was delicious and the Chocolate Mouse is a must have for any chocaholic. Funky venue with a small menu, very popular. Weekends you won't get in without booking. My son recommends all the desserts as exceptional. I had a mushroom risotto, my son had a salami pizza.

Cosy, brightly coloured and adequate. Not really much to say about this place. I stopped over for lunch during a work day, it was one of a few plausible places to eat in Bloemfontein city centre and I felt like having something "Italian". The place wasn't packed, although I've been there at night and it's pretty full. The ambience is generally ok, won't particularly go there for the view since it's a relatively tiny place but does offer a feeling of coziness. I ordered the basil pesto chicken pasta, it was a bit watery for my taste. The service was good, the owner seems friendly, although the waiter serving me was a bit zombie like (as though they made him out of dough in the kitchen 😂). Will I return, maybe on an evening to see what the fuss is all about...prebook though.

Excellent food, service and cost. Friendly and helpful staff. On 2022 08 02 my experience with their Pizza was not the same standard I got on 2 previous occasions. Made me wonder whether the same chef us still there. But the Nachos was good. Have to reconsider whether I still want to travel that distance for Pizza

Such an amazing place. We made a reservation for my mom's birthday. Our waiter was friendly and it was fun talking to him, we laughed and had great time. The food was divine, especially the pizza I ordered, and the nachos starter. Definitely left an impression.

It was a fairly pleasant meal. The pizza was great. I just wish there could be a bit more noise-cancelling treatments so that conversations are a bit easier to follow. Definitely worth a stop.

The service was good. The waiter was really helpful with getting things to us but he failed to disclose that some things were paid for. The drinks were a little bit more in price compared to the usual. I ordered the basil pesto salad and it was really lovely

Lovely food and excellent service. Would definitely reccommend. I had a thin crust pizza which was lovely and as crunchy as can be well imagined. Definitely worth a visit.

Bella Casa is always one of my favourites. Nice warm atmosphere with fireplaces. The gluwein was a little on the sweet side this time, and the started (soup), took a little long, but otherwise very nice as always. We had a pizza for mains - delicious! Waiters very friendly.

Didn't get the best of service but enjoyed the food

I don't think it's worth it, over priced and down right weird with these little rooms as one can tell it was converted from a house, poorly in my opinion. The food however is ok but pricey to be honest, the vegetable pasta I ordered was bizarre, I could only taste the veggies but couldn't see them as they were dissolved. The wooden floor is very old and extremely noisy, the chairs are uncomfortable and the tables are dangling, lighting also needs attention as most of the rooms are very dark as there is no natural light. There are better restaurants in the street and I sincerely think they are better value and experience.

Love the place, the service is great and the food is out of this world
