I went for drive thru late night and got excellent service staff friendly and professional

The best service ever, I dropped 2 of our drinks when trying to open the door and they were replaced just like that, for free. Staff is very friendly and always smiling 😄

The service is fast. I really like your burgers and the chips are great. The last two / Three times we ordered takeaways we did not get sauces in the takeaway bag.

The food is excellent like any other McDonald's I've visited, the atmosphere is superb for if you wanna lunch and work at the same time, the service is a bit slower then the McDonald's in Waterfront though it's still faster then other restaurants. All in all it's a good place to be

We are sitting outside McDonald's now.... 5th order on a row over the last few weeks.... Orders are wrong ie I have to double check and ask them to give us the correct food.... Ordered a dessert today and not only does is look terrible it tastes even worse.... Last time here today... B King is 100 times better!

Great space since the renovations, with open space & enough room. The staff are very friendly and eager to help, offering yummy suggestions as alternatives when necessary & happy to help. Food has always been yummy and well prepared! Would also be a good place to study, as there are lots of plugs, isn't too noisy & parking space is plentiful.

The pay station couldn't help me get points for transaction. The food is sad.

It seems like they are revamping or something, so the restaurant itself is closed while they're busy. But the drivethrough is still open though for those who are willing to wait in a long line of idling vehicles. I'm not willing to wait in that line of vehicles, will rather go somewhere else to get takeaway then

Been there twice the past week. They're either out of stock or forget items in take-away orders . Quality of food is great tho.

So apparently, if you buy, and pay for a quater pounder WITH CHEESE you get a kiddies burger with NO cheese! What a joke.

Just renovated the place it's nice as well as their food

The place is clean, ambience is great, seating areas are nice lot tables available with different amount of seatings available 2s 4s 10s , the smell of coffee beans freshly grounded is devine. Their service is very quick & Fast yet their efficiency is a bit okayish the way they assemble their burgers and do their wrapping isnt good i guess when they try do very quick, it messes it up we had to re assemble everythn nicely on the burger and re wrap the Takeaway meals, The new Habenero chicken burger was tasty it had a good amount of spice kick in it for people who love their spice, overall their meals are always tasty

The food is good and the staff is friendly and helpfull. There is a waiting time in the drive through peak times, but still not a long wait. Someone helps the traffic, that makes it easier and faster. Edit: I went there on 2/9/23 and decided that we will go inside, worst service we have had in a McDonald's. We recommend only use the Drive Thru

Got a whack service today. First, the guy on that microphone thing was rude and short tempted. Then I got my order all mixed up. I'm stuck with a spicy macfeast and I have ulcers. 😭

It took extremely long to have my coupons redeemed and hence food purchased. But the food was made as expected. The softdrink however lost its fizz very quickly.

Good Freezo... i enjoy the automated service screens..meaning I don't need to stand in line or deal with another human.

Quick service and very friendly person on the other side of the intercom taking our order. Made sure the order was correct. Nice quick option for a Friday or Saturday evening!

fastest mc d's I have ever been to, they can be packed and still take less than 5min to have my meal ready! also I only get iced coffee from here, the other places are not up to standard. Staff always friendly and helpful. Its always clean and tidy. WELL DONE!!

My friend came in at around 10 pm but the staff were still friendly enough. We definitely enjoy our time there and the quiet at night.

My recent experience at McDonald’s Zastron Bfn (14 April 20:50) was an absolute disappointment. The Junior cheeseburgers were still somewhat raw or undercooked. Not even all the fillings were there or sauce on some. It’s the first time we’ve experienced this and really is going to stifle any future support.

We ordered 27 packs for kids on tennis tour. The staff made an excellent suggestion of cheese burger chips fruit juice and doughnut. The kids loved it. The staff were so accommodating and super friendly - they all helped to pack the 27 boxes with speed. Wish all food outlets had such efficient staff. Manager can be very proud of them!

Excellent service, Pulane assisted us with a great smile on her face in spite of the busyness of the store. The staff are friendly and welcoming 😄. It's a great place for meetings and studying during the day, they've a closed discussion room 🤔 by the playroom. My kids were not excited about how small and not engaging the playroom was.

During peak times not all intercoms worked on that day but in general they do. Managed to come right at the payment window however, after wasting a few minutes. The food is always welcomed and it's always the MacDs taste you expect.

The design of this MC Donald's is pathetic, the entrance door is through the drive through section, it was completely over crowded, now social distancing, no sanitizer, no proper signage to show where to go in, the parking is a circus....and as a traveler if it's going to be a disappointment like this, it will never see me again... Sorry MC Donald's but you can do better but it's all about the money so why bother changing anything.... Right? TIA

Went through the Drive through, when i opened my Cajun chicken burger the patty was bitten into, the burger had zero sauce. So disappointing. Please always check your orders before driving away.

Service was excellent. But I never ate a chicken burger as dry as that. And the peace of bread they put between the patties must have been a couple of days old. Even the buns did not even had butter on it or even toasted. I will honestly never buy from any McDonald's outlets. And to top it up they call it McDonald's megga burger just big enough for a 3 year old 😋 child to eat

The drive through is often busy, but efficient. Easy to access and inside the store they also have self serve kiosks. Staff are friendly.

They do not allow bathroom usage and sit in meals after a certain time. Not sure if they operate 24/7

Very slow operating time. Was not even peak time. Ordered a coffee and almond danish. When l got to the front, they said they are out of the almond options and gave me an option of chocolate or custard. I opt for the custard. Then had to wait almost 10 minutes at the grill parking. Just to get an off tasting choc danish and black coffee. Will not visit again.

To say I’m disappointed wouldn’t even make half of how I’m feeling.I wouldn’t put up a star if I didn’t have to! How can you serve cold “hot chocolate” in a drive-thru? Even after being made aware you make the lukewarm version instead of hot.This is where it gets worse: Instead of taking accountability you blame each other in front of clients🤔.

The drive through is a mess. To clarify, the flow of traffic into the drive through lane is bad. To be fair, I am not sure it can be improved given the layout, but I will certainly not go there again during busier times.

McDonald's doesn't disappoint saw a long queue and was very discouraged to wait. But I saw the line was moving. So I'm happy I waited... Enjoyed my meal! Thumbs up you guys are the best.
