NOPE NOPE NOPE....think you dropped the ball. First time customer at Domino's Pizza (Bloem Royal Square) and was not impressed. Ordered your R99 special THICK BASE.( 12 Jan'18) Received my order number. Your display system showed 15 min...after system said READY to collect waited another 10min ..seems not enough staff on hand. Got home and if this is your THICK base (SEE PICS) then you need some lessons from ROMANS PIZZA. Your serviettes says WIPE THAT SMILE ON YOUR FACE...well when I opened the box..my smile was gone automatically. Note to self and others..CHECK pizza before leaving. Added note - If one looks at your menu pizza pictures... they are definitely not the one we received in the box Drove all the way from Universitas as the R99 pizza not allowed for delivery ps: see on Google you have 2 shops ( same premises) listed although there is only one, hence this review again

Absolutely excellent service and the staff was really friendly. We ordered our pizza and we did not even wait wait very long. Can definitely recommend them👍

Love the place and the pizza, but the past few times we ordered, everytime we click and say customize order and say hand tossed thick base, but we get the thin base. I know some people love it but we don't. Come on guys we love Domino's and love this specific store because everyone is friendly and helpfull, but this is the 3rd time this has happened in a row.

has no halal service for Muslims, better to place your order ahead before picking it up as it might take long to prepare it while you urgently need it. You can however, place your order now but time it to be deliver or pick up at a later time

Couldn't place an order because outside delivery radius but have ordered from the Dominos numerous times before. Don't know if a policy changed occured but delivering within a 5km radius is apparently to far.

The app hasn't been working for the last 2 or 3 months! Please don't call this store, the people working there can't speak or understand English - broken English only . Ordering food over the phone will make you swear and break your own phone. Domino's must rather just fix the app, we don't buy there anymore!

Service slow! 3 pizza orders - all made not to order, wrong size, thickness and ingredients. This branch won't see me again.

Ordered 3 pizzas and they charged about R70 for extra cheese and received pizzas with the minimal amount of cheese. So if you order a pizza wihout extra cheese I asume you will get a pizza with no cheese?

For the Curie ave. Service always on point. Pizza deliveries on time, quality of their food always great. Higly recommended👌🏽👌🏽
