Loved the pizza and pizza pies. The service was quick. We will definitely go there again.

I don't know how you can blatantly ignore a walking in customer and assist another that just walked in after the other. For a massive brand like Roman's Pizza. I hope you try your best to get managers that care more about making money for the business than only helping people cos of their skin colour... I am disgusted. It's a shame, we still have to deal with such appalling behaviour in this day & age. It's disgusting.

Great service even just before closing time

I don’t even want to give this branch a one star rating. We placed an order online at the Langenhovenpark branch in Bloemfontein. Half an hour later they tell me that the kitchen is slow, but orders placed after mine are leaving the kitchen. Then they inform me that they haven’t even started with our order. This kind of poor service is absolutely unacceptable. If they cannot handle online orders along with call in and walk in orders, then it shouldn’t be an option. Very disappointed!

Always good food. Staff struggle to understand orders. Adverts are confusing because they do not state terms and conditions properly causing confusion between consumer and staff. Staff aren't helpful in explaining the availabile choices and become arrogant if a customer needs help.

Placed my order telephonically at 5:20pm. Was told it would take 25min. Got there at 5:45pm. The woman seemed confused about my order but found it and I paid. Noticed I was very far back in the queue. Inquired about the time on the slip, since it said 5:47pm. Was told it the order time. So I told them I ordered at 5:20pm and they said it's not possible. Showed them my call log, and the order clearly said "collect" but they didn't seem to believe me. Finally got my pizza at 6:45pm. Horrible service
