I always enjoy eating at this Panarottis. Pizza breakfast rocks! The staff are especially well trained and super friendly. I always see the manager quietly in the background. Thank you for a lovely experience.

I've visited twice recently and I'm really impressed with the quality of food and vegan and gluten free options. The waitstaff is extremely friendly and helpful. Kitchen staff However, do need to be reminded that masks should cover their noses too and not just their mouths

Great food and was the best pizza I have had in a while... the dual option gives you a great variety to choose from by selecting 2 of the classic pizzas...

Panarottis Mimosa Mall's food are amazing. My husband and I usually go once a month to Panarottis to eat together. Sometimes on a Friday afternoon I go alone because I work until two on a Friday. The food are amazing. The staff are friendly. I their Monstarito Pizza. On Thursdays they have the Monstarito special. I also like their Chicken Snitzels.

We had a bit of unhappiness with our pizzas initially but the manager quickly rectified the situation and replaced our pizzas. They were great as always. Love the fact that the manager took control and replaced the pizzas. You don't get that alot any more. Panarottis Mimosa is still our go to place in Bfn for pizza.... definitely the best. My faith has been restored in your food and service.

The pizzas was really very good. But the service was slow. The waiter, his name was Thato or Thabo (if I remember correctly), never came to check on the table. We had to physically call him to bring a second pizza quite a while after finishing the first. And after finishing the second pizza for quite a while again, we had to call him to ask for the bill, but he never brought that. He just came to clean the table, and then he went to go stand and talk and clean glasses and such. So after sitting for another 15-20 minutes waiting for the bill we stood up to go pay. I decided to still give him a small tip out of decency, as I was also a waiter years ago. But if I ever go eat there again, then I want another waiter, and if they won't give another waiter, then he mustn't expect a tip again if the service isn't better...

The pizza is really good, the pasta I had, not so much. The service was great as well. The play area is not well managed because my child was bullied in there, the restaurant does not have a bathroom.

The staff we met at the entrance was very friendly. Our waiter was very kind and helped us pick a dish we didn't regret trying. The manager was on the ground floor most of the time ensuring that things go well and it's a great thing to witness.

We ( my boyfriend and I)always feel welcomed by Papi , and the guy is very friendly. Panarottis never disappoint, the food is exquisite and divine.

So PLEASE the Play Area for the Children is FINE but please GET NOISE cancelling foam around the children please,,, it sounds HORRIBLE,,,to hear them scream Like Cats being Skinned ALIVE PLease

We ordered seafood pasta and a pizza, the pizza was cold upon arrival. The mussels were undercooked and now my partner has fever,been vomiting and has the runs. Dissapointed!!!

Had pizza 🍕 and that was the nice 😋 my colleagues had pasta and their rewiews were a mixed bag. The shock was being served cold red wine 🍷 i am and and still 😳 in SHOCK 😲 .

This is a restaurant with a vibe. Lots of chatter and friendly but good service. Visited twice in 8 days passing through. Waffles are excellent.

Panarottis is and will always be a mid luxury place of food. Fantastic people who are working there, just friendly staff members. The reason I give it a three star overall rating is because there is a lot more room for improvement. Get a larger place of business. Play around with recipes like your comparators. Great food though.

Friendly waiters good service and the 3x managers keep everyone on their tones 1x manager is assigned to the front for take aways in order for that line to run smoothly and it is a good thing they brought in and the managers make sure you are helped and enyouing yourself Kimberley is the place to eat at

Always welcoming and friendly staff. The menu has lots of variety and the pizzas are always fresh and topped generously. The cherry on top is the playground with hands on childminder. This is really a great family place for breakfast lunch or dinner.

2nd time I'm ordering & getting a burnt pizza I'm so disappointed, as it's not the first time

The mall is cool , very clean the security guys always willing to help, all bank atms are there, basically most shops are there ,they have a new shop ,Starbucks 😍😍. There's free wifi, it's quit safe inside the mall, but I didn't say be careless this is this SA watch yourself 👀.

Only place at Mimosa Mall that ends up with a waiting list. Place is always busy. Good food, good serve. Very kids friendly. I dont think Spur is happy about them.

Absolutely the worst service ever sat there for 20+ minutes, no one even looked our way.Walked out, without a meal nor service.
