-: Freshly renovated! Decent view of the busy street near Middestad mall. You will usually find a lot of students but it's a perfect place to chill on minimal budget and still enjoy! Definite recommendation!

Useless useless Useless! They waited until I've paid for my order to tell me they do not have a frappe I wanted. Then I waited in the parking for almost 20mins only for my frappe to be delivered leisurely with no sense of urgency.

The staff at the drive through are a bit too mediocre. This is not the fist time I have ordered something and then the food was wrong or the size was wrong or the drink was wrong. I was charged extra for food i did not order but I didn't bother to change it. It is really not what I was expecting from the McDonald's franchise. It's very disappointing.

This Mcdonald is the best one I have ever tried. Fresh food, made with love.

McDonald's disappointed me this time .me and my dad wanted to surprise my mother with mcflavor fries since my Mother love those fries but they were not fresh at all I have never experienced this kind of food from MacDonald please fix your mistakes . I am very disappointed 😔☹️

Ordered a Mcfizz and it tasted like sparkling water, otherwise it's one of the most decent McDonald's in Bloemfontein

They throw food from 1st floor to ground floor and efforts to seek audience with customer care were futile. I wrote a complaint email and the response was very bad.

By far the best McDonald's in BFN you never have to go park and wait for your food, staff extremely friendly and food is always super hot and fresh! The only McDonald's I use in BFN...

I used to have an awesome customer experience before, compared to my two recent visits with family. The staff is rude, please consider replacing them with new ones. We are tired of being treated like idiots, even when we pay for food. In two occasions, my boys Happy Meals were served without toys. Mind you we go there for Happy Meals and toys! But the take-aways did not have the toys. The staff does not want to give out paper bags for Happy Meals, even if we are a big family. Please consider getting bigger papger bags for Happy Meals because some of us walk from the mall to CBD McDonalds. Fix this!!!

In the past,I've had great experiences at this Mcdonalds,but I was very unhappy with what happened on the evening of the 14th November 2022.There was load-shedding and after it ended,the restaurat did not open.They usually close at 21h30.Load-shedding ended at 18h10,and the lights were back by 18h10.The cashiers were all sitting by the window and when I asked what was going on,they said that they are not yet open,which I think is a bit unprofessional,especially since other restaurants in the cbd were open.I'm particularly unhappy with the nochalance of the cashiers.Please do something about this.

My food was cold. My soft drink was hot. so disappointing :(

I've been to both drive thru and sit in. The place always packed, good fast service. With my recent visit, my order was short when I got home. Tried to call the managers numbers on the till slip, no reply. On the next visit enquires to one of the staff, happy to say, I managed to be helped with no hassle, was given the burger that was short.

they ddnt put my daughters toy in a happy meal, and the cold rink always tastes weird. they always add ice even after you tell them not to add any.

Personal were very nice, quite busy. Parking is a bit of nuisance but all and all great.
