Terrible service they always take way too long. I went through drive through cos i was in a hurry but told to wait in the oarking. They took another 20 min with a sinple order

Pathetic. Paid R47 for a cold pita and R18 extra for a slice of pineapple and half a slice of cheese, that was all that accompanied my cold, yet super spicy chicken strips. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to receive cold food, not even in the correct flavour (because Lemon and Herb doesn't burn the heebie jeebies out of you). Never again Nando's!

Mathabo and Tumelo were such friendly and bubbly people. Man I enjoyed driving through this Nandos, mind you it was my first time. I couldn't wait to get home to type this review. I'm definitely coming back. They asked me to wait for 20 minutes for my pap, but the manner in which they told me, trust me I wouldn't have minded waiting even an hour because they were sooooo nice. Thank you Nandos, Fleurdal.

I sat on the bunk watching my food getting cold because the waiter that had to serve me my food was also manning the cash register and taking orders.

The food was amazing and I don’t think I’ve ever received food so fast after ordering. It wasn’t a lot more than 5 minutes. The staff can be better trained, but they are friendly and eager to help.

The staff that worked there Saturday +-11:30 were disrespectful and ignored my handicapped father. I'm disgusted by their behavior.

Slow service, no constant feedback about the inordinate delays. We stood for over 30 minutes in the driveway. This is what made me never to go buy there a year ago, and I thought this time around they have improved...Nothing.

There was a lady with a cute little boy who came to great us as she knows us, her welcoming smile and we had a beautiful conversation and she asked if we are fine, it felt wired bcos she looked like a customer as well.. we had just arrived from Bushbuckridge to Bloemfotein and we were all shocked by her hospitality.. we later thought she is the owner and honestly her being at the shop made me realize that owner's need to be constantly in touch with their clients. We felt very welcome as if she paid for our meal.. It is one place I will always support and remember when I am in Bloemfotein.. Great Host

I don't usually visit Nando's but every time I go and buy food, their service is super excellent. The food is clean freshly prepared and delicious

We order Nandos for work regularly, and we've only received the right order TWICE... get your staff antiquated with the menu, they are making incredibly obvious mistakes. It's so uncomfortable when you order a specific food for someone since they are allergic to something, and then they keep sending the exact thing they are allergic to. Our one staff member is allergic to the proteins in chicken, beef and pork, so we enjoy ordering for Nandos since they have the "great pretender" range, but we almost never receive what we ordered and obviously have to complain every time, send photos and get a refund, but one staff member then doesn't have lunch when we all sit there and enjoy our food

I ordered full chicken and 2 sides..peri wedges,nandos garlic rolls, and salad. When I went to the store to collect,the lady told us they don't have salad and we opted for spinach. We sat for a while as the order was not ready yet. She brought the order to us and friendily she told us what was in the package and we believed her and didn't check. When we arrived home the peri wedges were not there. We called and one guy who helped us sed we should select 2 and it will take us straight to the shop and they will be able to deliver the missing item. A guy replied after calling and we explained our challenge. He said he will call us back ,he just wants to ask the lady who helped us. He called back and says the lady said she put them in,so we explained they were not there. And he said its fine we can come and fetch. We asked him to deliver. He rudely told us he won't be able to do that,if we can't fetch now ,we can get them any other day. What's that. We need to eat today not any other day. He hanged up on us after I told him he needs to be reported to the manager.

Best chicken livers and rice ever,quick meal and very filling also ordered a prego roll was very enjoyable

The place looks beautiful and clean as it is still new. I have seen they are busy with renovations inside and outside the mall .

The food chicken was good just the rolls wasnt fresh .

Everything was okay but I didn’t have a good experience with the wrap. It was falling apart so much, I ended up having to eat the bits with a fork. It was also very soggy which didn’t help.

Nandos Fleurdal is back to its old ways... After many promises that the quality of the food will change especially the wedges this is what we received this evening. We've been good customers for many years but I think we have reached the end of the rope. Unacceptable.

The food was nice, and the service was excellent, the only thing i realised when i got home is that my order was incomplete, i paid for 25 x Quarter leg with sides and only received 24 quarter legs and 17 sides..was so dissapointed at them as i could not even go back to complain

My Quarter Chicken was slightly burnt and the order was incorrect. Was given hot instead of mild.
