Food always fresh and services quick. The best kfc in town

It's a beautiful place but it was under staffed, or maybe it was a sunday thing I don't know. The person who took my order had to go and pack my order and prep it for collection. And when he was preping it no 2l9ne was helping taking orders

Waited more than 20 minutes for a breakfast brekkie. Very bad service indeed and coffee was cold...

The service was brilliant beside they did not tell me that I must get on the other que to get my order. I waited till I got annoyed

It offers best food and service but its always full of people.

During lockdown your chicken was dry your wraps had no sauces and the chicken tasted old

The place is nice but not clean and it's confusing with the ordering

The security guy at the door was friendly, I loved how he assisted me with your not so user friendly kiosk. But with his help I got it right.

I had to wait 40min for my take away..

I am not satisfied with the service at Bloemfontein 3, yes food is nice as always but I ordered online not knowing that there are no deliveries, my money was taken and i did it recieve anything, I mean either my food, communication or refund. I am thinking of taking this matter further because I went there and I was given wrong email adress.

Very poor service, the intercome almost never works. For the last year or so I have not once received eithe the correct order or the time frame in which the food for take away should be kept in is never accurate.

The place is proper, clean and the food is amazing. It doesn't have a drive through which is why I gave it 3 stars but otherwise I liked the service.

I am going to be real. I have no problem with this particular store, but the KFC chicken in Bloemfontein is gross. It has a weird flavor and the crumbs isn't even good. It has no crunch, its soggy and the chicken itself looks pale and weird. The chicken in Joburg and the Cape tho! yoh its good. I can eat an entire bucket alone.
