-: Burger King burgers are so big! Fit enough to fill your whole stomach. They have some of the biggest burgers I've had. Whoppers taste okay, I feel they could be better. The Texas burgers are the best! I'd recommend those. Perhaps the staff could call out order numbers in a respectable, softer manner than to just shout them out like they are calling out young children! Overall, I recommend it if you're really hungry, they do best in that department.

The food is of great quality but the place is very dirty... spider webs against the windows food on the floor and on tables.

Great experience the cashier was a trainee but her service was delightful even the lady who was packing my order their service was the best. May they keep up and the food that I ordered was 😋😋😋 only After they serviced me I told them I love reviewing places. So it goes to show that service is how they surve people always.

Had a bad experience. Try to match national Burger king standard, I dont have to remind the cashier to give my cold drink and get a bad attitude for demanding what I bought. Cold drink flavour was chosen for me when I ask why she told me that is written on my slip. Suggestions:let the customer have access to the cold drink machine so that they don't have to beg your rude cashiers

The management is doing a subpar job. You'll wait over an hour for your order. And the staff will be making jokes and not pushing orders. Very disappointed. The food is just meh

The food at this BK joint here near Mimosa Mall is delicious! A huge shout out to the chefs there. The customer service waiters could be a little more polite, but other than that, the food is awesome; the atmosphere is good. I also love how they play music that appeals to young people, being a young person myself. That's very much appreciated. Thank you.

The food was cold . The burger was not up to standerd and the presentation was not good at all. I will not support this Burger King again. This is a slap in the face of Burger King.

Somehow always closed for loadshedding, even when there isn't loadshedding and when it is open it takes 4 staff 10 min just to order 2 burgers. Doesn't seem like anyone really knows what's going on.

I went to BK on Friday night and I was shocked to find that the atchaar jalapeño chicken tenders I got from them was raw inside. I checked every single one of them and only the outside was cooked. This is extremely dangerous and unhygienic and I would hope the other tenders are checked thoroughly before serving.

Still serves delicious burgers 🍔 😋 but hey the Brewery in Hoedspruit is still at the top ey...however I know for sure that you guy's burger just hits differently regardless...don't change a thing ey.

The beautiful staff who are very friendly, fresh food, speed of service. You must stop and get their burger and you will come every time you need a quick meal.

I bought 2 specials (27-10-2022) whopper for R200 and cheese burger for R100 at 14:14 cashier Ntombifuthi, the person who packed my burger gave me 3 whopper instead of 4, they must check their orders before they gave it to us.

The service here is below standard. You will literally wait 30 minutes just to get two burgers. The staff could use with course on customer service. The food is nice all but there’s absolutely no reason to be waiting for a burger for more than 10 minutes. Whatever is happening in that kitchen needs to change because clearly it’s not working.

Worst customer service 😒 switched my order up and told the uber driver to explain to me, haibo without even calling me and asking me if I'm okay with the order. Imagine paying for something and getting something else... so 😠

Usually I have a very pleasant experience at this Burger King. Today however (20/08/2022) I stood in the front of a line for 15 minutes only wanting the soft serve ice cream I ordered at the start of my meal. The staff paid no attention to me and not once did any of them ask or wonder why I have been standing with a slip in my hand in the front of a line for 15 minutes. When I wanted to ask for a refill for my drink they replied with a rude look to which I took my cup and walked away. Edit 2023 - On numerous occasions now the staff has failed to provide me with my full order forgetting chips in the past and today a burger.

Great service received. I was patiently waiting in que when another lady came in not wearing a mask and the cashier immediately chased her out. There was then a misunderstanding about my order wherby I ordered 2x pepsi drinks but only received one. The Cashier Ntsidi(spelling) then gave me another drink on the house, although I insisted on paying for the extra drink, she said no worries.

Quick. Usually not busy. Their king of the day burger is a really good money saver and their burgers are always fresh and tasty.

I stood in the queue to place my order for roughly 15-25mins, when I eventually got to the front I was told the card payments aren't working & their system is jamming due to this, from my experience of working in this industry they should've politely notified all customers there is a problem with the system & not make them stand in the queue for so long, when you mention it to them they laugh at you, pathetic service overall & are currently creating a bad reputation for burger King, I definitely won't be going back to this outlet.
