To be honest, the food saved this rating from being a 2 star experience. The food was really delicious and everything was hot which made it even more enjoyable. The service though to start off with, was not the best and there is a bit of a wait for the food compared to other fast food burger outlets, but after eating the food I ate, I can understand why it takes a bit longer. I will be back and hope that the small things will be better.

Small but nice burger King, near the main road. The parking is very limited as there are other restaurants in the preller square.

EXTREMELY bad service. Some cashiers are rude and not attentive at all. My order was also completely wrong, asked for no garnish on one burger, instead all 4 burgers had no garnish. I was VERY clear with my instructions that it was only one burger and the cashier repeated it to me. Only noticed when I got home later, not worth the 20 min drive to go back and complain as the staff wouldn’t even care. Really disappointed as this is not the first time.

Food is generally quite good, however I cannot understand why no provision has been made for loadshedding even after all this time and the support that the outlet enjoys. Disappointing.

Had a great experience, food was great also. I was helped by a very friendly staff member named Godfrey whom I would like to point out. The managers were also very attentive, making sure customers were served promptly. You will definitely be seeing me again.

Large double cheese burger and chips R229 for 2. Burgers are not even 2cm high. 2x 2mm patties with 1 half slice of melted cheese not even garnishing on. I complained to the store and they claimed it was the fault of Uber eats and the way they present the menu. Rude, disrespectful and PATHETIC food. I have pictures

Their burgers are tasty but the service isnt quite good but they dont even add sauces enough in the burgers and today i got Gasless pepsi no power in it at all felt like im drinking sugared water and not soda

I ordered a Cheese russian Hotdog, first bite very cold, requested to have it heated, after a while I receive a new Hotdog but with a normal Russian not I originally ordered.

Absolutely do not recommend. Two of us ordered two large double cheese burgers with large chips, and got the smallest burgers and chips possible. The burgers were about 1,75 cm tall, with two very thin slices of meat and barely any cheese on. The chips were 4,5 cm approximately, and were very dry When we phoned to complain, the staff personal blamed it on the delivery service we made use of, and refused to refund us because we "didn't order a deluxe, only a large". Absolutely unacceptable. I would not order from them again, even if my life depended on it.

Not happy with the service. I called them before 20h00 to place a order and the guy said sorry the system is offline. Thr guy said he will call me back in 5min. 45min later I drove to burgerking and then they said they are busy closing. On the website the closing time is 23h00pm. Poor service.

If you've been to one burger king w You've been to them all. There was nothing that stood out as any different. No drive through here.

Standards at Burger King are dropping in a bad way. Just ordered from them now and first the waiters were not attentive. And second my order was not complete and I payed for everything. Not a good experience at all, the chips tasted old, chicken was so dry and they gave us the smallest two pieces for R58?? Buns of burgers were dry, not worth the money.

Visited them 2 days in a row...first day was awesome. Ordered the exact same meal second day..what a let down..will not be back..server did not even understand my order....and the outside area was messy and in a terrible state...there was some suspicious looking liquid on the floor....not good....will give this B King a skip in the future. Pity though because the v crisps an Vegan burger options are 👌 awesome.

One star for having the worse menu to read and understand, everything is clumped up the specials fly by so fast you need to stand 10 minutes to read a special and still not understand it, one star for incompetence, asking staff if the chicken is made of breast fillet without crumbs and they answer yes, thanks InJ for my chicken burger....one star for staff attitude and sitting and eating in the shop, like slobs btw 2/10 staff were willing to help me even though they didn't know what was going on and finally the last star u lost is for theft, I was a take away order... how hard is it for your trained rats to check a bag and make sure everything is there, I asked is everything there were my request filled he said yes tossed the bag on the pass over and walked away, well I wont die but I debated for 5 minutes if I wanted the chips cause that was over my initial budget, guess what I didn't Receive my chips, so thank you for ruining my experience, if this was America I would have driven back, made my points and my meal would be free because of your incompetence.....put a real phone number down cause yours is broke I would love to parley with a manager about this dung beetle situation....

Best burgers in town when compared to the other big burger joint of same origin,variety on the menu is HUGE ,I mean from a vegan burger(not my idea of a burger ) but it's there to chicken nuggets ,mozzarella sticks,shakes,soda fountain and that WHOOPER . Best burger and value for money when you look at the family meal options .

I am very dissappinted. Drove very far to come and enjoy a late night burger king burger. Arrived @ 21:30- the branch was already closed. Before i left home i googled what time this specific branch closed and it was supposed to only close @ 22:00. Eployees already started to clean and told me they cant help me. Such an embarresment really.
