I
have
been
supporting
this
small
business
for
a
while.
Unfortunately
I
will
no
longer
support
this
business
due
to
the
service
I
received
today.
It
was
13h24
when
I
order
two
take-aways,
Chicken
strips
with
chips.
I
waited
patiently
because
it
was
loadshedding
and
the
only
place
able
to
give
me
and
my
son
lunch.
After
waiting
for
an
hour
and
half,
and
seeing
customer
that
arrived
after
me,
leaving
with
their
food
I
still
waited
for
the
waitron
to
come
to
the
table.
She
politely
asked
me
to
repeat
my
order
so
she
can
find
out
why
it's
taking
so
long.
I
asked
her
about
the
price
of
the
cooldrink
because
she
mistakenly
gave
me
the
wrong
change.
She
returned
with
my
food
and
change
at
14h45
and
I
requested
to
see
the
manager.
The
irritated
manager
blatantly
refuse
to
see
me,
not
even
knowing
what
I
wanted
to
say...
after
a
while
he
then
came
to
me
and
started
to
make
a
scene
infront
of
other
customers
because
I
dared
to
give
him
fair
criticism
about
the
menu's
that
need
to
be
updated
because
the
pricing
on
the
menu
does
not
correspond
with
the
till
slip.
And
I
heard
the
waitrons
complaining
about
this
before.
He
screamed
at
me
to
leave
the
shop
and
pointed
to
the
door.
Chasing
me
and
my
son
out
of
the
shop.
I
had
to
wake
up
my
son
because
he
fell
asleep
on
the
table
while
waiting
for
the
food.
I
regret
to
give
a
bad
review
but
if
this
is
his
behaviour
toward
customers
that
support
his
restaurant...
I
will
not
return
and
I
will
definitely
not
promote
or
support
his
business
going
forward.
