To the people complaining at the bottom about the previous owner being more mature... Ignore them! They are simply the little bootlickers following suit. New management is mature, professional and the new staff complement is super friendly. When I came to this store in February this year I was not greeted once by any of the staff! But now there is an evident change, even the store looks new! I love it

Better check new market prices if you consider buying secondhand stuff, especially on power tools and cell phones. You will be surprised to see most tools and phoned are actually cheaper new. Never buy electronics here, if it malfunction even the next day, the management are ready for loopholes not to refund or exchange you.

If you buy a product, they will test it and when it gives you the same day problems you have 24 hours to be refunded....NOOOOO! They will tell you to take something else with the same value. So they push you to buy something you don't need or want, or else you will have to take the broken item you bought. And with me it happened under the owner eyes "who lives in Bloemfontein" acknowledgement.

Hopeless. You have to wait forever and then they does'nt know the item you want to sell. They have to ask their bosses or they does'nt have transport to come and fecth your item. Also have attitude problems. In future I rather go to U Pawn
