    It was great, nice and big, could get almost everything there! The staff was really friendly and helpful and willing to help us with anything that we needed. Bought some snacks here, a teensy bit more expensive here, but alas I don't think much can be done about it. I have zero complaints about anything. It was nice and clean and very well kept.

    I bought a tv screen there 65 inch. It was too big for the car so I paid delivery fee as I stay 41 minutes out of town. It took them 9 days to deliver my TV and no one even bothered to call and tell me it'll be delivered after that long when I call no one picked they'd transfer me to the line that would forever ring. Even while in store the person who was helping me was very cold as if annoyed that he had to help me with my purchase. This is the worst experience I have ever had while shopping.

    Very very poor service. Really not happy! I bought a fridge a week ago, and they told me they’ll deliver it on Saturday. Still not delivered, and have called numerous times with no avail. Thereafter I emailed, still no response few days later. Very unprofessional to promise delivery within a certain time frame and then not upholding to your side. I am currently sitting without a fridge!!! Pathetic!!!!!

    I think this Game is poorly managed. Whenever I try to call, I get through to the operator but then I never get through to the departments. This specific store rarely has any stock of items that are on special and the staff working there are not well trained and informed. I don't even try to look for stock anymore at this store, I'd rather shop online or go to another Game.

    The staff are absolutely terrible. Katlego is the most rude and disrespectful person I have encountered this far- but each time I shop there (which I unfortunately have to do because there are no other shops that have their stock in the area) the experience is worse. When asking for a manager, I was told there was none, and lied to deliberately to save face with his colleagues. There were no trolleys, and after spending almost R2500,00 and with multiple large boxes I needed one. I saw one close to the final tills (which were not operating), and went to get it. I was told that this was not allowed, but after telling him that we would cancel our transaction he went and got it. There were leftover items in the trolley, and he didn’t take them out- expecting me to do it. He clicked his tongue and made rude remarks multiple times, continually refusing to bring a manager to assist. Game is honestly well stocked and has fairly priced items with a good variety and good quality, but their staff let everything down.

    I ask for someone that knew something about printers..I told the lady what the printer have to do and she told me the printer can scan ...now I cant scan ....please put people that know something in the position....

    The experience here was ok. Game is the only large store in Potchefstroom that sells appliances, you would need to order it in otherwise online. The staff are ok, they always seem pre occupied with chats and look unhappy. The game is well stocked. When I wanted to return items there is never anyone at the counter and they don’t seem happy to do a return. Ive not had a problem with a return but they ask a lot of questions and it takes wayyy longer than it should.

    They try to improve customer service, but long last the same old same old. Try to get a refund, then you have to argue about their own refund policy, which they dont know...

    Store not wheelchair friendly and when wheelchair didn't fit past till as to exit, the manager response, "What do you want me to do?" I had to go back via the "channeling" and ask other clients in line to pay as to please go backward in order for me to get out. MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE. Tried calling so called customer care, was told to go back to the store and take it up with the manager, which I just complained about. Then tried calling head office, NO ANSWER. It is sickening!!

    Old white man who delivers is unbelievably rude. Game has always had very slow and poor service. Called them yesterday and apparently they didn't even know about the delivery that we already paid for. Very very poor

    The most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered. I had a simple query which they couldn't assist me with so instead of admitting as much they simply dropped the call. Pathetic.

    Worst service in the world! Been waiting 6weeks for a refund. Game has promised to call me back several times. Not once have they called me back. I have personally called them at least 3times/week but still nothing! I will never again purchase anything from this franchise. Their service is appalling!!!

    After asking someone for help, and waiting 15 minutes for the lady (who actually works at the store) to find someone, the staff were friendly. But you can't wait 15 minutes just for someone to help you, no matter how friendly they are.

    The staff is never friendly or looks willing to assist. I recently phoned to check if they have a specific item in stock, the gentleman asked me for the item code (which I immediately provided) and then told me it’s too far to walk to the system to check if they have the items available! This after I already spent 2min waiting for someone to assist because everyone that answers says I must hold for someone else. At the beginning of my call I asked if they could please check an item for me, so they new that they would need the system in order to assist me. When I asked if they could please go check availability for me, he said no its almost closing time (this being 8min before they closed for public) and again stated it is too far to walk to the system now. He will phone me the next day to assist- making it clear that he doesn’t want to help my right away. I will most definitely not continue to purchase my desired items here, I would rather order online or shop at another store where staff is willing to help.
