Best Dis-chem in all of South Africa

No help trying to phone them to find out any information. Tried both their numbers and got an automated voice only. Phoned their customer care line and the phone gets put down in my ear every time. Advice: Clicks answered their phone and helped me immediately. Perhaps you should train staff to do the same.

Great service and very good variety of products. The nurse at the clinic department is very good at what she does and very friendly.

My favourite place. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The store is always clean too.

Just want to thank the 2 managers on duty on Sunday afternoon for handling a very difficult situation regarding an argument in the queue. They handled it very professionally and quickly. The situation was handled extremely well,and I can say that they are the best 2 managers I have seen in any store for a very long time. They were visible to the customers and on hand to assist . Great job.

Pharmacist Karien very very slow. Take longer than 20 minutes to dispense one prescription. Please get faster personnel.
