Excellent ambiance. Very relaxing, and exceptionally great staff. I've had a few people work on me, but most frequently Kelsey. She's super attentive, very friendly, and listens to your requests - but even with that said, if Kelsey isn't available, I have no problems getting the first available therapist, because every one I have had carry the same qualities. Been going here now for a little over a year now, and can't imagine changing services. Would recommend 100%.

Kelsey did a wonderful job on my massage today! I felt relaxed, she listened to what I wanted out of the session, made me feel comfortable and I left feeling great overall! One thing I especially appreciated is her work flow and how I felt “even” at the end! She didn’t work too much on one side or the other but instead kept a consistent balance throughout the massage! I was 5 weeks post total knee replacement & inflammation was restricting the flex I could get in physical therapy so I decided to see if a massage would be helpful. I saw Carrie Tercero & was pleasantly surprised to discover in her 14 yrs as a therapist she had experience working for an orthopedic surgeon. My outcome of my massage with Carrie was beyond my expectations! That night I feel asleep without pain meds or icing my surgical leg since surgery❤️. I have 3 additional appointments scheduled & am confident the massages will help me reach my goal of 120 degree flex on a more timely basis! This was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space for our sound bath with Amethyst Healing. The bolsters, blankets, and mats were clean and fresh. The space felt refreshing!

One of my favorite places for self-care! The atmosphere is so calm, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. And the therapists are top notch. BIG FAN of this place! 11/10 stars.

I wanted Healing Point to be great - but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. The building and location are beautiful. However, I went into my 60-minute massage with two goals - my shoulders and TMJ. My massage therapist seemed to do her typical upper-body massage routine without noting my concern points. She finally got to my shoulders and TMJ for, maybe, the last 5-10 minutes. I requested deep pressure, and she did deep pressure for maybe 10-15% of the time only - and I asked her to go deeper once too. I did not get any relief from my pain, which is disappointing to spend $85. I went home and had to ask my husband for a massage and he did more for my shoulder pain in 5 minutes than what I got in 60 minutes here. I won't be returning.

Seriously cannot say enough good things about Kelsey! One of the top masseuses I have ever had. Pressure, fluidity, room ambience, etc. You can tell she really cares about what she is doing! I walk out of there feeling unbelievably better everytime.
