Worked with Keith. He's been very patient as we started originally looking at hot tubs back in May. He's kept me up to date on all the deals during those times. Never pushed us, never made false claims like some other hot tub dealers we talked to. Never tried to upsell us into a more expensive tub. Just gave us the information we asked for, and was always very quick to reply. Its been a pleasure working with him to get the hot tub that we really wanted, at a fair price.

I went in to to the Hot Springs showroom look at hot tubs with a firm budget and a good idea of which features I wanted and Keith Johnson spent a good deal of time with me going through options and price points until we found the perfect tub. It was a little bit more expensive, but Keith kept at it and I ended up under budget. I spent 45 years reading people as a trial lawyer and I know he will be there for me when I have questions or warranty issues. I am very satisfied with the whole buying experience.

This company is unusual in that they offer a high quality 2 person sauna powered by 110-120 voltage instead of 220. There is no pressure when and what to purchase. It was a pleasant experience to do business here.
