Urgent Care Doctor said that my kid did not have an ankle sprain and did NOT need a brace, and go back to sports when the pain goes away. Also, the provider says that the kid does have a cyst, and referred to me to the Orthopedist. Kid rests for ten days until there is no pain, goes back to sports and finishes the game with deep pain. Next day during appt with the Ortho, he says the kid DOES have a sprain and no cyst, and that he does need a brace and physical therapy… The whole experience was confusing and disappointing.

I will never go to this clinic again!! I went 2 times and both times felt like I just because my foot wasn’t broken it wants a concern. I was just pushed to the side. I explain how much pain I was in and again was told a swollen foot isn’t priority. Ended up at the ER instead and found out I had an infection in my foot which TCO didnt even consider or look into.

Spent a lot of time here for mris and physical therapy and it’s a very unprofessional place, would recommend going anywhere else if you have the choice. Unprofessional staff and something is always broken or not working. Not a good place to go to

I have been receiving great physical therapy care from Burnsville Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) and strongly recommend them! Both physical therapist I have seen, Chris S. and Debbie, carefully listened to my concerns, recommended effective and doable exercises, and gave me printed instructions to follow. The very best part about seeing them is the huge relief of my Achilles’ heal pain! I sincerely wish I would have followed-up with them months ago! Also, the scheduling and check-in staff are very efficient and friendly. ❤️

Today in reception, a patient came in with a loud BARKING cough, she was nice enough to cough into her tshirt so I am sure everyone will be fine. Why didn't reception hand her a mask? Why wasn't she encouraged to put one on? I didn't see any available at the check in station. Phlegm lady used an iPad provided to do check in paperwork? I didn't see anyone sanitize them between patient use. Seriously, what is up with that? Covid isn't gone, RSV is a real threat as well. Why can't staff ask patients to mask up if they are barfing up a lung of phlegm? It might be nice to up the cleanliness of reception. Just saying.

We had to bring our kiddo into TCO Urgent Care and they were fantastic! We were seen quickly, all patient forms were so easy to fill out on the iPad, and everyone was so kind. Would definitely recommend. My one negative is that after our insurance approved the MRI, it still took us a week to get in.

Dr. Johnson was absolutely the best in every way. I felt confident in his skills as a surgeon.

👍👍 I went to the NDBC because of dizziness and balance issues. After a series of testing procedures, the results of which were clearly explained, a PT regimen was established for me. PTA Aleisha Theisen was wonderful and caring in guiding me through a series of progressively challenging exercises. M...

😠 This clinic is terrible they don’t even deserve one star. They don’t document everything correctly and they lie. I told them my very first visit that I was depressed from the medications I was on and there is no document of it and they were not willing to change it. They can’t even figure out on the...
