I will never look at a glass piece the same! Its harder than it looks and so fun to try and learn a new skill. The instructors are really nice and are right there to “rescue” you if your marble starts to not look so good. My son (14) and I took an intro class and had a blast. It was nice to see my son engaged in something other than video games. It seems like a random thing to try but I recommend it to anyone. We plan to go back and do it again! Well done Skylab!

My husband and I took a class with Tommy this week. IT WAS AWESOME!!! I can't wait to go back and I highly suggest it for anyone who is even a little curious about it. Skylab rocks!

Had a great experience with glass making for my first time. The instructor did a great job with teaching and demonstrations. Doing the actual lamp work was a blast! Definitely will come again

Took their ornament making classes. The instructors were amazing and were very helpful. Highly recommend for a beginner and girls night activity!

Attended an intro class with my dad and we had a great time. The instructors were amazing. Super helpful but also pushed us students to do most of the project ourselves. They were very safety conscious, which I appreciated, and were just all around good at teaching. My only qualm is that the demo they gave us went super fast and I absolutely could not remember the steps once we were let loose. However, it is a lot to complete in a 2 hour class so I understand! I would love like a written set of instructions posted somewhere to follow for reference. Recommend this place!

I attended the pumpkin-making beginners lampworking class and had a delightful time! The instructors (Griffin and another, whose name escapes me) were really knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. Super cool experience!

We worked with Chris and Griffin and had an excellent and enlightening experience making our marbles. It was empowering to work with the flame and glass to make something! Would do it again if I lived here!

This place is awesome and the people are all super nice. Every time I needed help someone was there to show me what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. If you are interested in trying it, I say go for it!
