We had a good experience when we visited. Not pushed to purchase, everything was explained that we had asked. I visited 1 week later to make a purchase, Bruce was out of town but I was give the price promised. Delivery was fast but one of the straps made a small damage on the top. After reaching out to Bruce, I was given a call that same evening. The issue was resolved within a few days and we are very happy how it was delt with. We are happy with our purchase and had a great experience at CalSapas in Woodbury.

Love my hot tub! Sales and Service are very good and will always get back to me with my questions. I have been dealing with Bruce from Cal Spa of Woodbury. He taught me how to maintain my old tub when we first got it. Last year my wife and I purchased a new tub. The whole process with removal of the old tub and the installation of the new was taken care of without an issue. We are extremely happy with the new tub and would recommend to our friends and family to make Cal Spa and Bruce the first place to shop if they were in the market for one.
