    I came in to be seen for a few things the nurse I had was kind but Dr. Kara Hutton seemed impatient and frustrated that I asked about another issue. She said I have an overload of patients. So my appointment was only a few minutes. I feel like I should been getting better health care from a well known clinic that I have been coming to sense I was a child. My appointment is as important as every other patients but today I did not feel that way.

    Doctor requested me to return due to hypertension. I explained to the nurse that we had a retina specialist checking for damage. She assured us that we could call and let them know if we ran late. Arrived and the front desk tried to push me to another day regardless of the urgency. The rude front desk lady" just doing her job" showed a complete lack of compassion. When I asked her to check if the doctor was ok with this as she requested me to be here today she magically offered another time 15 min later. Doctors here are great. At least one of the front desk if going to have us changing providers.

    First experience at a North Memorial. The front desk staff were cold as opposed to receptive, which was unpleasant but by no means a huge deal. However, they say online that they have urgent care but when I arrived there I was told that don’t actually have urgent care. Instead, they’ll just see you for a walk-in appt *if they have an opening during their regularly scheduled doctor hours*. Essentially it was a marketing ploy. Naturally, all of the doctors were with a patient (during their normal scheduled hours) so the receptionist scheduled me for an appointment later that day. I left and then went back a couple hours later for the appt, but only once I received the bill did I see that their decision made my claim get coded as outpatient level II, therefore resulting in a bill for hundreds of dollars for what was an urgent care check for Influenza A. I work in healthcare - the coding isn’t my insurance’s fault. WILL NOT be going back.

    My dad who is in his 90's goes to North Memorial Health Clinic in Golden Valley. Overall he is satisfied. I was surprised to find out the clinic has a random selection process for inviting eligible customers to schedule Covid 19 vaccine. Currently age 65 and older are eligible but you would think you would try to schedule those who are much older first since age 85 and above per the CDC website has the greatest risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Mortality rate for ages 85 plus is 630 times compared to ages 65-74 that has 90 times mortality rate. By randomly selecting people your placing my dad's life at risk since he also has had health issues from a stroke and open heart surgery, etc... I ask you please rethink your policy. Many Thanks!     Met with Doctor Feeley. He was very professional, got me taken care of and was right the first time. I use NMH for most needs these days. When the clinic closer to home was booked out, I went here and they were just as amazing. They are also quite nice with helping patients make payments and get caught up if needed. Overall I would recommend these folks for a GP.

    Went for an annual physical with Dr. Tran Stoebe. She did nothing. I had to ask more than once to have my vitamin D levels checked and got pushback. I knew my D was low and the test results reflected that, so I was able to get the prescription I needed. Now I'm supposed to be seen every 6 months regarding my inhaler? I've never had to be seen that often for an inhaler. The fact that patients are referred to as "customers" may shed some light. I realize healthcare is in fact a business, but it should be held to a higher standard than most. Businesses exist primarily for profit; it seems this clinic does too.

    I don't know if I was there on a bad day or what. Karen Fraley was the most apathetic doctor I've ever visited. Immediately guilt-tripped me for smoking, pushed a prescription for a problem I wasn't there for. My preventative care was not coded as such because I was a new patient, so this visit also costs me out of pocket. Front desk staff was adequate and nurse were pleasant, but I hope I never need to go back.

    The 2 times I have come in have been fantastic! I cannot recommend Dr. Peterson enough as she is the best doctor I've had to date. Also, all the staff is friendly and remembers you. I will definitely be coming here for years to come.

    I just had to take a moment and acknowledge DR. Renier he took the time to sit with me and explain everything. He and his staff were all so kind and compassionate and care. All of the staff was helpful kind and friendly very clean clinic. Thank You So Much To All The Staff And Doctor Renier. Going through breast cancer is bad enough but they made me feel that they really cared about me. April

    I’d always treated very cordially and respect…From the girls in the front desk, the Nurses and the Doctors, especially Dr. Karen Fraley, she’s a awesome Doctor and she’s always there when I needed…I’ll give them all both only five stars, but ten (10) STARS….
