Paid $84 dollars for a balance and rotation. Today I found one lug nut not tightened and one lug nut smashed to hell. And scratches all over my $300 a piece wheels. I'll update this review after I see the manager Saturday morning. Edit: Changed my rating because they made everything right.

Very pleased with my visit. This location is busy but they don't make you feel rushed to make a decision. Extremely hard working staff. Lines go quickly. Staff worked quickly to find what I needed. I enjoy the education they offer while waiting, wall decor and signage. Staff are friendly. Location is easy to find. Popular location, I always call to make sure I'm not walking into a jam. Pleasant experience!

I have been going to Discount Tire for many years and will continue to give them my business. The staff was wonderful to work with. They kept me informed on the work being done, and they finished the work in record time. When I went in to order my tires and make an appointment, I had my 2 year old grandson with me. The staff was amazing with him and gave him a rim to take home with us. When I returned for my appointment, the staff remembered me and asked about my grandson and the rim he was so excited about!

This shop looks clean and bright. However the working shop in the back needs to be rearranged. Currently looks clustered and too busy so car in and out not so smooth. Also, the salesmen are a bit rush to sell tires without explaining in details pro and cons of each tire model ( I have 6 cars in my family and i have been to more than a dozen Discount Tire stores so I know a bit about them :)

Excellent experience. Needed 4 travel trailer tires. They had me pull the trailer up behind the store and had all 4 replaced in about 30min!

Always buy my tires through discount tire. They have great prices and customer service. They're always transparent and communicative if they are able to move appointments earlier or later or if there are any issues that arise.

Had a hole in my tire. They didn't hesitate to take me in as a walk in. They fixed the tire, rotated and balanced my tires all within a hour. Everyone I saw was super friendly. They did an amazing job!

Super friendly staff. Brandon at the front desk helped me a lot today with stuff I had no idea about going on with my car. He explained it all well to me and gave me a good price on new lug nuts as well as a super fast tire rotation. I love this discount tire.

So I typically stay far away from car places as I'm about as knowledgeable with cars as a badger is to knitting and I want to avoid my awkward deer in the headlights look when asked a question. That said, Discount Tire made the process of free tire rotations with tire purchase easy. My husband called ahead of time for an appt. As soon as I pulled into a parking spot, Nicholas greeted me at my car. I was startled at first not expecting it, but his smile and sweet demeanor was welcoming and customer service top notch. So I came back the next day with my husband's car and checked in inside. Although Nicholas was helping someone else he made a point to say hello and asked if I needed anything. All the staff was friendly and attentive. I'll happily be back in another 7000 miles. A bonus they have outdoor seating for the wait and also a brewery just down the road.

The employees are extremely kind, compassionate and caring. I am disabled and they fixed my flat tire quickly. Both of the employees, Marvin and another kind young man "listened" to me. I would highly recommend Discount Tires to others! Thank you so much.

They were very friendly and provided great service. I got new tires put on and they were very fast. They were unable to do an alignment, but they recommended a place down the street that can do them and even had their pricing available. They had covid safety measures in place: masks, 6 feet distancing guides, and plastic barriers. I would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely excellent customer service and great prices. They went out of there way to make sure my tires were correctly put on and even fixed a mistake that Walmart auto made for free. I will 100% bring tires here in the future and would highly recommend this location. My only regret is not finding out about this place sooner. Thank you!

Excellent service and great prices. I've shopped their tire prices at mini competitors including my Costco membership. For the service , price, range of product availability in stock, and speed of delivery, Discount Tire has proven to be the best value. Typically great prices on their snow tires which is a real plus here. Love the seasonal swap of the tires at no additional charge. My mechanic recommended separate rims for the summer and snow tires and that proved to be a great tip. They had very reasonable prices on a second set of rims with a good selection as well. By having separate rims for the tires, the swap is very easy twice per year. The service is also included in the price. Swapping my tires twice a year. Makes this a real bargain. Recommend using the online reservation system. Wait times can be long if you don't have a reservation.

Had a fast leak in a tire. They were completely full for appointments for the day but said I could wait if I wanted to for walk-in appointments. I only had to wait under 90 minutes to get completely done. They found a screw in a tire, plugged and patched it, topped off my other tires and sent me on my way with no charge. I will definitely be returning when it’s time for tires!

These guys have got to be some of the best in the business not only in what they do but their customer service a a well. I had a few visits with them just during the week to swap out some tires that I did not buy from them and they treated me like a loyal customer. I had an Issue with one tire that I bought from another place and had to bring in a different one a few days later and they remembered my face and my name even though all 3 times I had stopped in they were extremely busy. Michael helped me out at the Burnsville store multiple times and did an amazing job!!! Definitely worth bringing your business to them!

Found a mail in my tire while working down in Burnsville. Stopped in there in a rush to get back to work. Zach and his coworkers got me in on a rush to get the repair down and get me back on the road ASAP. Really appreciate their professionalism and sense of urgency.

I bought tires online and paid for them to install. They did it so fast, I literally thought they were joking when they handed me the keys saying they were finished. Car was out front and ready to go. Set of new tires very fast service.

Fantastic tire vendor. Ours were well worn and needing replacement. Stopped in and the very friendly and helpful staff provided options a d best of all, discounts! Very good customer service. I just went in this morning to get the spare replaced and they did it quickly which was great as I don't have much extra time. I will be back for the rest of the tires! The only negative is I didn't like the car salesman approach the extremely young boy projected or being talked down to. Be careful with that.

Went there for a flat tire patch, they patched my tire very quickly. The staff is helpful & careful with your vehicle/tire. I recommend going to this location if you need a quick fix on your tires!

I came in to get four tires on my minivan. The guy behind the Counter was absolutely useless, and you could tell that he had no clue what he was doing. I had to repeat the same information over and over again. Supposedly the person could not find any tire from any manufacturer for my minivan. I have been coming to this location for ten years. After this experience it's time to find another tire installation place. What a joke

I have always bought tires from this store, probably about 15 sets so far and I've never had a problem there. Great service, good deals and always a rebate. Be sure to include the road hazard warranty on what you buy, it's saved me from having to buy a new tire about 3 times.

Went in to fix a bolt in the tire and another tire with a slow leak. Both fixed for free! Wow! What a great place! Quick service! We'll be back for more service here for sure

Anyone Need Tires - I am going to say this - Discount Tires Burnsville MN hands down those guys are the best - I stopped in today at 6pm (closing time) I thought maybe I had a nail in my tire (based on my dads observation) so I thought I would have the tire looked at - I first pulled into Tires Plus - women at the counter said we have only one guy on tonight - can't look at till tomorrow at 3-4 - I said no thanks and pulled into Discount Tires next door - remember they close at 6pm and I didn't realize it was 6pm already - I pulled on the door handle - yup locked - guy comes to door asked what I needed - I said I think I have a nail in back tire - guess what he said - I will pull around back and look at it - they asked for keys my car is pushbutton I will leave them in the cubby - he then noticed my dad sitting in the car he said guess what you can pull it around yourself and stay in car and we will do while your sitting in the car - kid pulls tire off - dips in water doesn't find a nail and checks tire pressure - everything good - puts tire on and sends on our way - NO CHARGE - best damn customer service ever -

I arrived at Discount Tire at 5:30pm after finding a screw in my tire. They were able to fit my car in right away to fix it and rotate my tires. The staff was extremely professional and didn't even charge a fee. It was incredible service.

I stopped in for what I believed to be a tire repair, but soon found I needed tire replacements. The entire team was gracious and professional. Evan was so patient with my indecisiveness. The tire replacement was completed in 50% of the estimated wait time. Brandon followed-up throughout the experience. I would seek out Discount Tire for my next tire needs.

Excellent, fast service! Brandon and Craig didn't try to oversell me with a too expensive tire I don't need. The tech was also very friendly and helpful.

Once again this store showed what customer service really looks like. I drove up with a tire warning light on and even with a busy store, Luis checked my tires, adjusted the air and I was out in less than five minutes. I will never go anywhere else. This is probably my 10th or 12th visit and every time it's been terrific.

Economical wheels for snow tires.

They charge you a crazy amount to put on tires just because you didn't get it from them. Went to Burnsville auto on 13 and they did it for me 25$ a tire while these guys told me 239$ for 4 tires. SMH!

LOVE this place!!!! They have the lowest prices on tires, and the BEST customer service! I worked with Brandon and he made the entire experience a breeze. He quoted me for 4 new tires, (get the tire warranty for 30 extra bucks, they will replace or patch the tire if anything happens-so it’s great peace of mind.. AND the warranty is covered at any Discount Tire nation wide) the tires were in stock so I didn’t have to wait for them to be delivered to the store, it took 45 minutes for them to be installed, and I was back to my day! Do yourself a favor and come here- they are honest, have unbeatable prices, and give free tire rotations every 6k miles on their tires. Car issues suck, but when you have great people helping you out, it makes alllll the difference. Thank you Discount Tire!!

Great service from walking in the door to leaving. The gentleman at the counter was very polite (hard to find these days) and they completed the work of replacing four brand new snow tires under the time quoted with an hour and a half to spare!! I am/was amazed as I was able to get this done quickly on a Saturday without an appointment. They clearly valued my time and that's important to me. I also had a slow leak in one tire so I really needed new tires. Thanks guys!! I'll be a regular customer.

Best in the biz! Always been impressed. Caught the wrong tires that were put on by rookie shop, and replaced with the appropriately rated tires for the heavy weight of the suv. The others may have fit, but were a hazard! These guys are seriously always on the $$!!!
