I inquired about scheduling an appointment online. Walter got back to me the same day and was able to set up a time the next week in the St. Cloud location, which saved me a lot of driving time. My appointment started right on time, and the exam and certification process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Assured Health to friends or family and will use this clinic for future re-certification.

Do NOT go to Assured Health. There are many other clinics that provide these services and you won’t have the issues you will have seeing Walter at Assured Health. Walter is hardly ever in the clinic. Several times I showed up for my appointment on time only to find the doors locked and clinic closed. I would call and call the number provided online which is Walter’s cell number and no one would answer. When I would finally get through Walter would be extremely rude, lie, and then say call later and schedule another appt, then he would hang up. He would also say call the clinic, but when I would tell him the number online is his cell and he needs to update it he would get angry. Walter hanging up on you is a common thing especially when he is wrong. Walter at Assured Health entered incorrect information in his system that he barely knows how to use. I would try to update him on his errors and he would again get angry and not listen. This was information showing when RX were due to be refilled and my personal information. I had all the correct info from the pharmacy, but Walter can’t admit any wrong so he continued to ignore and not address the situation. Insurance, RX, dosages, etc. we’re all continuously entered in wrong by Walter at Assured Health. There has been a new front desk person almost every time I’ve been there. They never know what they are doing with their computer system and always seem very confused. Walter has these front desk people take your vitals and perform other medical task normally done by a licensed Medical Assistant. The clinic is dirty and unsanitary. The hours listed for when the clinic is open is also another lie. Walter acts like he cares on that first visit, but after that he turns into someone completely different who lies, gets very angry, no bedside manner, extremely unprofessional, and incapable of providing the care people deserve and desire. He uses his power in an unethical way and caused more stress than I’ve ever had before. To sum it up - you will rarely get someone on the phone, you will show up for appt and either no one will be there or 4 other people will be scheduled at the same time, you will be lied to constantly, hung up on, ignored, and treated with no respect. Also, your personal and private information will be entered in their computer system incorrectly and never fixed and accessible to whomever unqualified personnel Walter hires. Please do not go to this clinic and if you already are going, please stop immediately! This clinic is a fraud and hopefully will be investigated and shutdown. Also. I came in on Oct 18, 2016. Everything went well, the only thing that irritated me and also made me feel very upset was when I had finish with my check up. The doctor told me to make an appointment for a Neurologist check up and for Physical therapy. I was told that no appointments were available until the end of November. OR I could call around if there is anyone else available to get me in sooner. WHO am I suppose to call? Aren't you the professionals? I come in because I expect you to know all these things. Now, I'm getting a call from the you guys, telling me that I don't need a Neurologist check up, that I need to go, stay or whatever it is with a head trauma rehab center and etc. and I should call back and set up an appointment. As frustrating as it is already. I just need someone to make it simple and easy. it's unprofessional to tell a patient to call around and see if someone can get me in sooner. Also to direct someone somewhere then call back and say no, you need to go here instead. etc. etc. Sloppy and unorganized. I don't want to waste my time and yours. -Other than that Cheryl made my experience A+ going above and beyond.

These guys have zero regard for appointments. Two hours before my appointment they decided to close the shop down. Do not take your business here, I wish I read the other reviews who tried to help. This is an incredibly unprofessional clinic. Edit: A response to the "owner," who had an "unavoidable circumstance" before a memorial day weekend - you're not fooling anybody. They won't take your health needs seriously. Honestly, let a clown with a screwdriver help you before these idiots.

I have never posted a google review before but I am now because my experience here was so amazing. I have ptsd and agoraphobia so I have a hard time going places a lot of the time, especially new places and medical appointments but Amanda and Dr. Nyabere were so kind and couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. Dr. Nyabere patiently explained everything so the process was easy to understand and took time to make sure he answered any questions that I had. I’ve had so many bad experiences with doctors offices and providers and this was the exact opposite of any negative experience I’ve ever had!

Disorganized, and unprofessional are the two words that come to mind based on my visit today. Scheduled online appointment, prepaid, showed and was told I have to print out their forms and fill them out by hand. There is no reason a business shouldn't have forms that can be filled in online. I was told I should have known this when I booked the appointment. This Walter guy is a complete joke.. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not bring your services here and waste your time. Showed up for my appointment for my 3 children and nobody was even in the office. Unprofessional, cheap and lazy business! If I would have seen the reviews ahead of time I would not have come here!

I agree with the comment that Diane left. Dr. Holton is the best! He has been able to figure out issues that physicians I've had in the past were baffled by. Why he isn't at the mayo clinic is beyond me, but I'm glad he's here! Also, all the staff is very friendly! Lab personnel are top notch too! (Haven't missed a vein yet) and I have been poked plenty! These guys are just plain AWESOME!

I had a great experience with Dr. Ullah. He was very personable, knowledgeable and actually took some time to make sure I was well taken care of. Unfortunately it seems most doctors are in such a rush which really limits the quality of the client experience. Dr. Ullah took the time to make me feel comfortable.

Pretty nice clinic, no complaints; went here for two iuds and both were as good of an experience you could ask for that procedure. They know what they are doing! :)

Very terrible customer service. This clinic needs improvement, the way front desk ladies talked to patients is unbelievable. The Doctor that examined my daughter for her 2nd birthday was very terrible. This Doctor examined the child for less than 4 minutes, she did everything in hurry like a hurricane ripping through a city or like we shouldn't have been there. The nurse that took us to the room and the lab examiner were very sweet and nice. When we left this clinic, I felt disgusted about the staff, I had to call health partner to reschedule my daughter next visit for White Beat lake Clinic. We have moved from White Bear lake to Crystal and I decided to take my daughter to this clinc because of the distance but it turned out to be my worst experience with a clinc. Even the pharmacy staff don't know how to appropriately approached their parents. It was insane to observed clinic staff don't know customer service. Not just me but others, like a family came in to inquired about some payment they made, the lady that was talking to the couple was very rude to the extend the couple walked away because they couldn't take it anymore . There were numerous situations.

Very friendly and professional staff. Took my kids to get their vaccines. My kids were so comfortable with the staff and we had a great experience. I had not scheduled for my COVID booster but they didn't mind giving it to me. So, I killed two birds with one stone! Quick and top notch service!.

Just registered for year two of medical cannabis through the state. Office visit was quick and easy, and Dr. Nyabere was professional, knowledgeable, and easy going. A cinch with qualifying condition.

Great service. Friendly staff. I scheduled my covid19 vaccination mid week for a Friday. I was 10 minutes late and they still saw me! Very helpful. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Ullah (Internal Medicine) and Dr. Ruud (OBGYN) are my two primary doctors at HP Brooklyn Park. I could go to a HP closer to my home near Elk River, but these two doctors have so much knowledge and care that its worth the drive to see them. Ive always been taken care of in a kind, professional manner and they are always a joy to see even when Im not feeling my best. l'll be a patient here for life as long as they stay.

I’ve gone to this clinic a few times to get Covid test done and I’ve had a great experience with them. However, after i had set up an appointment the website wouldn’t allow me to cancel it. In the original email from them It did give me an option to cancel by taking me to their website, but it did not work. Therefore, I no showed. I suggest you fix this error or you’ll have more no shows.

Dr Walter is a wonderfully helpful kind Dr. He has an amazing bedside manner. He’s intuitive and graceful and easy to communicate with not to mention his inner joy readily flows out as seen in his genuine smile and friendliness. I highly recommend him for any and all of your needs. I have personally referred several friends to Dr Walter over the past few years. Thank you Dr Walter for all of your help!!!

Dr. Holten is the best, I trust my health wholeheartedly in his hands.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. We've never experienced long wait times here. They are good about communication and follow up.
