Such a welcoming, knowledgeable and comfortable establishment. I wish I had its clone in San Francisco, Iași and New York! My waiter had deep expertise in viniculture and wine tasting and study, truly world class. This is NOT your average wine bar. With all this, it was a very reasonably priced evening, with two excellent noble wines from Romania by the glass, and a generous cheese and charcuterie platter. I appreciated very much how my wine host recommended an unknown-to-me black grape from Romania, Negru de Dragosani de Marchizului, after witnessing my long-standing love for the 6000-year-old Feteasca Neagra. A wonderful visit and the perfect birthday evening! Attentive service, comfortable tables, pleasant music and friendly clientele.

I’m staying in Brasov for two days only and a friend recommended this place for some good wine. We were about five people and had such a good time! Adrian expertly advised us on the best Romanian wines and they were phenomenal. He was also really nice! Great experience 👌

Excellent wines and now also very good food. We had a cheese plateau together with a selection of wines. We came back after a walk in the old town and had duck leg with red cabbage and truffle puree. We enjoyed it very much and for sure will come back when we visit Brasov again.

We had a great evening, wine tasting with 5 local wines, great cheese platter and amazing ribs! Sommelier Adrian was very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommended.

Sadly the staff do not listen to their guests and do not provide a menu or prices. After asking for a wine menu the sommelier told us there were over 400 wines and of course no menu. Not a great start and it was quite pretentious and also not good for guests who want to browse types of wines ect. As we were after one glass each and noted the grape type we wanted to try, he told us this by the glass would be poor but by the bottle (a different harvest / region) would be much better (more expensive / not what we wanted). We had a think whilst he severed another table and said we wanted to try a "good quality romanian red wine". He brought us a poor quality Moldovan wine which he earlier called poor quality. Not a great experience, left us feeling not good. He then came by and asked if we wanted to try a romanian wine 🙃. Note to staff please listen to your guests. Note to owners, please have a simple menu, not all wines but regions, types of grapes, ect, this would be very helpful to guests. Note to potential customers, know what you want and be explicitly clear. They did not let us taste the wine either they just poured so make sure you taste it!

Great wine and brilliant service. My partner and I were unsure of wine we wanted. With a short but similar description from each of us the waiter presented us with two local red wines. I really enjoyed mine, but was not a fan of my partners and visa Vera. We were very impressed with the service and the ability of the staff to choose wines based on our preferences. You’ll get a lot more choice if you want to buy a full bottle rather than wine by the glass. They also do a really good selection of sprints. The cheese boarded looked amazing, however, we had just eaten so did not order one. I would definitely recommend this place if you are a fan of wine.

I visited this lovely wine bar two times recently and Adrian was brilliant both times, advising me on exactly what I wanted. Once it was Bruchetta with delicious wine and another time a cheese board paired with a delicious white. Adrian really knows what he is talking about, is incredibly friendly and the prices are also great. I hope to visit again and highly recommend a visit to him when in Brasov.

If you like wine and wish to experience Romanian wines this restaurant is a gem. Exquisite wines and you’ll be guided by Adrian and the team. Also the food was delicious, I had a fresh pasta formmagi and my partner had the most melt in your meat slow cooked beef for 11hours- apparently I’m a vegetarian 😅 we wanted to stay and experience more of the same but alas on must travel on. Recently reopened, of course the wine is still the centrepiece, however we were really surprised by the tapas paired with the wine (or in my case an amazing local beer) .. apparently each day something new (all ingredients from local producers) ! The staff is very friendly and really know their stuff !! Highly recommended !

We found this place by accident and we were so lucky. Really knowledgeable about wine and eager to help us choose and solve any questions regarding wines in Romania. The food was delicious (especially the ribs I had). Great wine selection! Definitely worth a visit.

good wine, bad service (owner). The reply says the owner was not in town (or he pretended he was not the owner). Anyways, the main point is that the service was HORRIBLE (if there were any service at all!). There is a reason why there is no customer here, while everywhere else is packed (there is a wine bar right across, and it’s full all the time). I have to say this is a very PRETENTIOUS place, as I am a sommelier myself . When I asked for local wines, he didn’t even bother make any introductions to Romanian wines. He just went “we don’t have any local wines”. What a joke! (Like, why do you even open a wine bar?) Also, he poured the wine without letting you taste it first, that says a lot 😑! I went to the wine bar across it the second night. The waiter/sommelier was much more professional in all ways! I don’t know why this place has a high reviews, but make sure to check out bad reviews from other tourists too. It’s no where close to 4.7 🤮!

A very lovely place with a great atmosphere. Adrian was super welcoming, helpful and knowledgable on wine, recommending some fantastic local wines to try. Would recommended for a lovely evening.

Adrian was our wine sommelier and a perfect host. All the wines🍷 he selected were great! Also dragos, the owner, was welcoming and they kept the bar open just for us after closing time. Also we had great company of a lovely traveling Canadian girl. Definitely recommended.

Perfect winery in Brasov, manager recommend the really taste Romanian wine, and take care of us all night. Place looks really great, and if they open again terrace, it become perfect. He also interested in what we have already seen in Romania and gave us great recommendations for further trips.

Visited this place in December, amazing staff, at the time the place was quite empty and there was one man working. Offered me 6 different Romanian wines to taste and gave great information about them. Had a great discussion on my insights of the wines, one of the best wine bars I have visited. There was also a wide variety of wines to choose from if you wanted to buy a bottle but only Romanian wines were available by the glass. 10/10 would recommend!
