Never
walked
out
of
a
restaurant
due
to
poor
service
until
today.
Started
on
the
wrong
foot
when
I
asked
for
a
Campari
spritz.
“No”
said
our
server,
Gabriel.
They
have
all
the
ingredients,
but
won’t
make
anything
not
listed
specifically
on
the
menu.
Strange,
fine.
Next,
my
wife
who
can’t
eat
dairy
but
loves
fish
asked
if
olive
oil
could
be
substituted.
“No”
said
our
server,
Gabriel.
Asked
if
the
butter
sauce
could
be
on
the
side.
“No”
said
our
server,
Gabriel.
For
multiple
dishes,
same
questions
with
the
same
answer.
Realizing
we
couldn’t
be
accommodated
and
needed
to
find
a
better
option
I
asked
that
my
appetizer
order
be
canceled.
This
was
literally
2
minutes
after
placing
the
order.
“No”
said
our
server,
Gabriel.
We
get
it
that
some
dishes
are
pre-made
without
substitutes
possible.
We
get
that
sometimes
requests
are
either
impossible
or
just
not
worthwhile.
But
Gabriel’s
attitude
bordered
on
anger
from
the
start.
We
rolled
with
it
initially,
but
with
so
many
other
option
with
surprisingly
better
price
points
in
the
end
we
bailed
saying,
“No
Prato”

because
of
Gabriel’s
service
food
never
made
it
to
our
table
and
google
needs
me
to
put
a
mark
so
3-stars
meaning
neither
nor
bad
-
definitely
not
Italian
in
sentiment,
welcoming
nature,
or
