Really interesting concept, using VR to recreate certain characters from the family in order to let themselves tell their stories. I, for one, never encountered this in Romania until now. It's still in a beta phase, I think, but it's by far different from any other family house-like museum. Also, the staff is really well informed and willing to tell you lots of interesting pieces of info you wouldn't get anywhere else.

Cheap entrance. Staff is not very good with English but is extremely helpful. Very interesting place with a temporary exhibition of table services from the royals and a very interesting permanent exhibition with real artifacts and virtual reality. Loved the place and totally recommend

The house is quite modest from the outside but includes a surprise from the inside an exhibition of scholary materials, report cards, material released by the romanian pioneer organization and more. Sure all the material are in romanian but much of the material can be understood by some knowledge in any latin language. Three rooms of the house are dedicated to the achivments of the family that lived in the house and includes mainly old photographs and musical instrements. Their demonstration of the history of the music cassette s until the cd rom is intriging.

The temporary exhibition brought back memories from the Comunist period in Romania. You could see the supplies/stationers used in school since the "20s till the "80s. The House of Mureșenilor exhibition side was very nice presented by one of hosts. Every tiny thing in that house has a story and I enjoyed listening. Brașov has lots of good stories! If you feel like going there be nice with the ladies and don't laugh, the Comunism/Socialism is still present in our lives. Enjoy!

Very cool museum, lots to see in an otherwise quite small setting. We visited in the second week of August and also got to see a temporary exhibition. The staff was kind and helpful and they made sure our experience was top notch!

A total surprise in terms of modern museums in Brasov! Bringing history to life with AI and all sorts of interactive experiences! Worth seeing - in the Council's Square!
