Strada Sforii

Tourist attraction

👍👍 This is the smallest street in Brasov. It is long and very colourful. Good place to take pictures. Apparently it is trendy to write thingas on the walls now. When we first visited it four years ago it wasn't like that. So bring your pen and write a thought on the wall. People often mention street, walls, wall, visit, people,

Very cute street. The rope museum had information about the street (but literally just one board and that’s it). Used by firefighters to get through the city. Nicely decorated and had CCTV. A must visit! Not as narrow as some streets in Fes in Morocco but very cool!

The entire street is covered with graffiti and writings, including the plaque. The street itself is narrow but two people can easily pass each other or walk shoulder to shoulder. I did not find this attraction worthy of a visit. There are many other places n Brasov that deserve your attention.

A quaint alley, one of the narrowest in Europe. Its first use was as a shortcut for firemen, now it's a lovely spot for us tourists to take pics! At night it's pretty spooky, but still worth a pass-through looking at the illuminated Brasov sign. 16-17.9.2016

Quaint little street, nicely colored, but full of writing on the walls. There are posters saying not the write on the walls so if you go there please don't write on the walls. It's nice for taking photos, don't hesitate!

Not very narrow. I was expecting something like we have in Stockholm but it was much wider where we could stand 2 people beside each other.

Narrowest street in Romania. You can write on the white wall if you want too. It's an interesting alley

You'll definitely find your friends' names on those walls somewhere with a funny quote. Cool interaction.

STRADA SFORII is unique in the world. Not only it is the narrowest street in Europe if you consider legth versus width ratio but is had become over the years a Mecca for people, tourists and graffiti on any topic of life and love... A must see place if you love freedom of expression, art and history. Visit the website dedicated to it at stradasforii.ro.

It's not bad but graffiti ruins everything.

It’s free of charge to pass the smallest alley in East Europe! So enjoy the walk while in Brasov.

The idea of painted windows is nice and gives the street a nice and interesting vibe. The small writings and drawings on the wall give an insight into what occupies the minds of total strangers. It's nice to look at pieces of the wall with a curiosity to really observe what people did. These visual fragments of peoples thoughts are fascinating. However, many people disrespect the artists and the street. The writings are everywhere, even on top of the painted work done by artists. The municipality did well to dedicate a piece of wall for writings, because it will happen anyway. Many people did poorly by entirely not caring or probably even thinking about the consequences of their scribbles. Is the funny face you drew so absolutely valuable for pedestrians that it should vandalize the well-used property?

When I first visit this place, was way before becoming famous. Have seen different wall colours, different window's curtains, different seasons or skies, and now, looks like a truly touristic place to visit. Love the statue, the creativity of a famous city, iconic heart of Romania.
