The receptionist was very nice Management was awful Today was the day when Ukrainian women, fleeing the war, met Ukrainian consul in this hotel to help them. Instead of giving them at least some water this “manager” closed the door and forced women with infants to wait on the street because they disturbed hotel’s guests in the lobby. Shame on you

This hotel stole my money. I had a booking which was not refundable. I called the days before i reach to inform them that im blocked in my hotel room in Bucarest because I was very sick and could not make the way from Bucarest to Brasov. After I called them, the hotel blocked immediately the amount on my credit card and informed me afterward that it will have to debit the amount from my card. I explained to the hotel that im sick and this was a force majeure event and was even willing to provide it with a medical report but still it had debited the amount. These guys are simply robots which for 80 usd disregarded completely if I was sick or not. Besides, I called the hotel mutliple times to follow up on my mail informing it that i was sick and every time it had the same reply that the hotel will call back which it never did. Liars and thieves.

TL:DR: All around great experience, please choose this hotel before the "safe bet" of other big brands you will get much better experience. This hotel is at least 3.5 stars in quality. The best 3 star hotel I have ever been to. Allegedly the owner is a newcomer to the hospitality business and you can really feel she paid a lot of attention to details and her first project. Where most, often franchise/chain hotels, offer you a very limited experience and rooms can feel cold/sterile/calculated and small at 3 stars this hotels offer rooms with a very nice warm and complimentary color schemes. During our 2 week stay I always felt good in our room. It was also very spacious and AC had more settings than freezing cold or OFF. Rooms are cleaned each day very nicely and the whole hotel feels very very clean. You even get nice local green brands of tiny soaps and shower gel. The staff is great and helpful and don't worry everybody speaks English! Compared to franchise 3 star hotels the breakfast is much much better. Several types of tea and coffee in the morning. I didn't eat much meat but my coworkers enjoyed their meaty dishes whereas I had 5+ types of cheese to choose from each morning (great mozz with pesto and tomatoes) with healthy mix of vegetables and fruits to choose from. The mess hall was never overcrowded as it happens with these min maxing hotels such as Holiday inn etc. and everything was expertly restocked. The hotel is situated closely to the city centre, approximately 7-10 minutes on foot. 24/7 small grocery store and bakery across the street and the best restaurant in Brasov 3 minutes by foot. (Try Bagatelle Brasov! you get a meal that is amazing and would cost you upwards of ~60 euro in Western Europe here for 20 or less, amazing salads, soups and home made pasta!)

- A bit austere and the air system is quite loud but - The location is excellent, it's clean, feels new, has great beds, plus big rooms and bathrooms. - Great attitude from the personnel. - Breakfast is good enough if you're not a spoiled person. - A bit overpriced, especially the private parking at 50 lei/ car.

We had a room on the 3rd floor with an excellent view of the Tampa mountain and the BRASOV sign. The room was spaceous modern and very clean. The receptionists were very polite and helpful.

Free wifi, friendly staff (all but one man) don't be fooled by free parking. Its limited and if they are full you have park on the street and move you car by 8am. Always Clean rooms, decent breakfast buffet.

Look no further This is an excellent choice, great location witin 5 min walk from the old center, great service from reception and breakfast staff. Spacious rooms, modern and accommodating, large shower, clean and quiet. Breakfast not rich but good and fresh. It is a 4* hotel, and for that is it excellent. Attention should be given to breakfast coffee which definitely needs improvement in quality and choices, you cannot have order espresso or a latte and such, not even for extra cost. View from windows is not something to admire but its so centred that better just go for a walk Parking is small though.

Everything is nice and clean. Generous and modern decorated rooms. Own parking places. Very close to old city (5 min). Breakfast could be improved.

Stayed in this hotel the days before Easter. The beds where perfect. The breakfast was good as well. We slept at the front and you don't hear the road in front of the hotel. It is close to the city centre. Close to the hotel are some small shops where you can buy some things you would like to snack in your room, like drinks or crisps. Brasov is a nice city to stay and has a beautifull centre and taxis are cheap. They also have a big mall called Coresi. The staff was very helpfull and the manager could tell a lot about the history of the hotel and the river under the street in front of the hotel. Only thing missing in our room was a bath, but the shower was great. The manager told us that they also have rooms with a bath. Will be back!!!

Great place to stay. Very friendly stuff. Comfortable rooms that are also pretty large. Tasty breakfast.

You have to wait 30 minutes to have hot water in shower. In weekend there is a lot of noise and you cannot rest.

Modern and nice hotel, close to the old city center of Brasov.
