We stayed here for 1 night in september 20202. We received a room at the 7th floor. The carpet on the hallway was stained. When we entered the room it appeared nice at first, old style furniture which was ok but the curtain was ripped, we could only open a small window that only opened in a V... In the bathroom the blowdryer that was hanging from the wall had a hair hanging out of it (that really upset me), the toilet seat did not fit the toilet, the bath tub had cigarette burns and the water kept rising in the tub while i was showering: there was something wrong with the plumbing or something. In the elevator i noticed that there was a stain on the mirror in the first night when we arrived (like if someone had wiped their face on it) and surprise, the next morning that stain was still there...I will not choose this hotel again..sorry

Rooms are fine, food and servers are good but the receptionists are unprofessional. Spa services are not working - 52 degrees Celsius sauna and wet sauna not working. Room fridge not working.

I enjoyed my staying at Ramada Hotel, we had a room on the 7th floor and the view was fantastic! Also, the dinner we had at their restaurant, Ramada Grill was very good, 5/5, the prices, were spicy but the food was so tasty, deserved every penny. We also had breakfast which was delicious with a very large buffet and very tasty food! All in all, I enjoyed my staying, it felt nice but it didn’t really amazed me.

Always a pleasure to spend time in this hotel. Me and my friends got here after our initial accommodation has been canceled by host. The hotel was the only place that could offer us a free apartment. The room was spacious, clean, offered all the needed amenities, the windows were facing the main entrance and the national road, but we weren't disturbed by traffic and specific noise. The breakfast was varied, there was a constant refill and refresh of the buffet. Maybe choose different fruit juice and water dispensers, these ones made the liquids smell odd and modified their taste. And add more options for the vegetarians or people fasting. It's definetly a hotel I'd come to every time with pleasure.

Firstly, this is not a 4-star hotel. Not by a long shot, it isn't. Service from staff was acceptable and they were friendly enough. That said, all else was a disappointment. The room reeked of not just cigarette smoke, but chemical fumes of the treatment to get rid of the smoke, and the perfume they use to try to cover up the chemical treatment. It was a lung-burning, throat scratching cough-inducing disaster. The wardrobe was broken with the door hanging off crookedly, and it was therefore unusable. The carpets were filthy. The bed was hard and scratchy, covered by one thin, worn, non-fitted sheet that rumpled. We both slept hardly at all, and started the day coughing and feeling sick from the fumes. Yes, of course we would have changed rooms, but all were booked up and many other complaints about the rooms had tied up the staff, preventing any chance of sorting it out. We traveled with a group. Across the rest of the group, complaints were many, including water pressure, leaking fixtures, and other issues. Some of the rooms were not cleaned before assigned to guests. One family was getting settled in the room when another guest opened the door and came in, frightening their young daughter. The room had been double booked and the second guest also given a functional key! What a complete security failure! Overall, this was once a very nice hotel, but it has not been maintained, and now is in serious disrepair. Clearly also, it is not well managed. Breakfast was adequate, but certainly not what you'd expect of a 4-star hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The rooms are big but not clean you can find dirty sheets, dirty blinds, and bathroom mold also is not safe for children or adults because the room window is big but no protection so you can very easly drom from 6'th floor this is a big problem that need to be addres by the hotel

Starting with the bad, the food was absolutely terrible. Also, the restaurant and bar area has absolutely zero atmosphere. The swimming pool was nice, warm and clean. Rooms were also nice, but nothing special for the money. The main reason to stay here is the swimming pool, apart front this, there are much better value hotels which a more centrally located.

Ideal for those who are transiting, a very welcoming and warm place, welcoming staff, fresh dishes, increased comfort.

Hotel is a bit outdated but the restaurant downstairs is really good. I spent one night there so cannot say more.

Definitely not 4 stars, maybe 2+ Utility's, furniture... Everything is at least 15-20 years old and not properly maintained. They wore top quality at the inauguration. Smoke sensors are end of life for at least 7-8 years past their lifetime, smoke evacuation system is not even properly installed, cables are not connected. Room was dusty, on top of the furniture there was a lot of dust. Under the beds you can find toothpicks, screws and all sort of things. The toilet was dirty and water not flushed. The ventilator in bathroom was not working so have fun with that after a shower. Most of the things are falling apart or not functioning. Too bad for poor management, it did not aged well. Location is good, large parking space, good spot for events and conferences, food was good.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and quite good rooms - great for business travelers or big groups with lower budget - best Value for money in Brasov.

Great hotel but it was pretty cold and the heat was no functioning anymore in spring

The biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. The AC does not provide cold air, even outside being a very hot day. The stuff answer was: "sorry for this inconvenience, but the AC is not plugged in because, maybe, some of the guests likes an warmer room" - totally nonsense and mind-blowing, as the remote control have the option for Heat or Cool and you can select the temperature. In the room where I've stayed, was over 40*C and impossible to stay over the day. Hard to sleep overnight. Horrible. Due to this issue and for the stuff answer I don't recommend this place. Horrible.

During the three nights we stayed at the hotel, the room wasn’t cleaned, the sheets and towels weren’t changed. In addition the staff was not friendly. On the other hand the dinners have not been adequate to the quality and also we had limited amount of water to drink. Finally we asked for the complaint form and they did not even have it, a document that is illegal not to have it. To top off the disaster of our stay, our guide tour complained about all the incidents that had arisen and was kicked out of the hotel. A complete disaster from all points of view.

The hotel is not new anymore and a bit of extra care with small details would help a lot. However, very good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Nice hotel and good service. However one thing left a bad taste for me - the reception's POS was not working and I have to use the ATM that is in front of the reception. This device charge me 40 euro for 300 euro transaction. The girl on the reception informed me that they don't know that but i think that they should- its about the reputation of the hotel.

The only thing that was ok,with the hotel was the staff. Room was dirty,very cold. It was like i have stayed in a 1 star hotel. Not ok for a 4 star hotel. Almost 200 euros for a single night. I highly not recommend this hotel.
