In one word, terrible. First of all, the hotel does not resemble the description in the photos that the hotel uploaded. As soon as I entered the room, the tree above the toilet fell, luckily it didn't fall on my head. The bed itself was full of spots with hair, and I had to, like a cleaner, change the sheets for myself and take them from the reception after I explained that it was a problem to sleep like that. The woman at the reception, in the first few days, was very unfriendly, and it was better not to ask her for help, she was very unfriendly. In one word, I do not recommend returning to the hotel, it is true that it is in the center, but you can find one half a meter near, I do not recommend it at all in any sense.

Excellent location, comfortable room and like helpful staff at a good price. The room was clean and quiet. I slept very well. The only complaint is there was no shower curtain and water got all over the bathroom. You can tell there was one but the curtain rod was broken and they simply removed the curtain all together. Please fix this in room 306!

The attitude of the reception- during our stay tanya was the reception women. we felt uncomfortable with the service, like someone always making you a" favor" when we said that we didn't have hot water the answer we received was unpleasant and unfriendly. Even if you cant help with something at least you can look like you care...and there was more examples The Location was very good Breakfast- good the stuff whe5 super nice! Rooms- average minus. The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage, right in the centre, in front of the Black Church. We had a room on the last, second floor. The room was big, comfortable, and nice. Unfortunately the cleaning after previous guests wasn’t done thoroughly - on the floor we found a few bobby pins, on the desk a few hairs, on the bathroom floor an empty packaging after vitamins. Another problem was the awful smell coming from bathroom and coming into the room even through closed doors which was very unpleasant, especially in the evening. There was no air conditioning in the room which didn’t bother us because the days were not very hot and the temperature in the room was okay. There was a fan and hair dryer in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

No air conditioner in the 35 degrees heatwave (not even a fan). Room reeked of poop, not a single day was our trash changed or bed made. We were asked to check in late because the room wasn’t ready but yet there was a gross smell and pungent smell when we checked in. The location is the only good thing.

I loved this property. The building is attractive and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff was courteous and helpful and answered questions and gave great advice. The bathroom was a little crowded, and it had a TP holder that again proves the underhanded method of distributing TP is entirely wrong, but the shower was hot and the water pressure good. Why three stars? Because half my rating for hotels is always based on the bed (I am there to sleep) and this was one of the worst I've slept on. After 5 cities worth of what I like to call "comfortable European foam mattresses", the one in this room was a well past retirement spring model. My hips hurt after only an hour and I felt like something was poking me in the ass all night. This was unfortunate considering the otherwise high quality of the room.

Con: No kettle in the room. The fridge was making loud noise. Lights coming from the window from inside the bathroom because connect with the main entrance of the building. Breakfast it's in another hotel 1 min by walk, not a big problem but very annoying. Pro: concierge was welcoming and she was speaking multiple language so 5 star to her only. Great position, in the center of brașov with a great view. Cheap room.

Beautifully furnished place but hot and no curtains. Not recommended for a sunny summer day. We were in the top floor, we felt the heat. There is no curtains so you cannot stop the sun to get in, annoying in the morning.

The location is everything. Breakfast place is in another hotel, always crowded, although the buffet is quite good. We had to go up like 2 floors to get to the room. The room was nice but the bathr each tiny shower was covered in water. The overall stay didn't woryj the money.

3 star room cause of the beds. Felt like i was sleeping on a ocean of Springs pushing into my body and it was bloody hard too. When I woke up this morning, my body was broken it hurt to turn around.. other then that room is gret.

Great location right in the heart of Brasov. Big clean rooms and nice friendly staff. Would highly recommend if you are heading to Brasov.

Location is super good! Nice, comfy rooms, feels intimate. Pets allowed at an extra cost. Really quiet.

Bad smell from sewage. Hotel is shared with apartments with families. Heating was turned off during the night. No spare blankets in rooms.

Very nice clean , big rooms. They were warm and the sheets and towels were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and everything we needed. The proximity to la dmarks like the black chruch (across the street) and the Sfatului square enables for some great views while hanging back in the room. Will definitely return here for a future trip.

Wonderful staff wonderful rooms reasonable price. I spent 3 nights had my laundry done a bottle of wine and some waters charged to my room and still cheaper than most places I looked at. Very clean great views and right across street from black church. My 2nd time staying here and will continue to stay Everytime I visit.

We were here 3 years ago and we were happy with the stay This time we came back with our 9 month olf baby and it was a horrible experience. Everything old, bot mantained brocken. We had a deluxe room and the only advantage it is spacious. The mattress has holes in it the bed is brocken, the shower is so small that tha shower curtain gets pressed against you while you wash. The sink is made out of mozaic and some pieces are missing. My baby got un ugly cut while I was washing his hands. And as if this was not enough, it is very cold as they are providing heat only during certain hours. In november it is freezing in Brasov and I think this is unacceptable, especially with a small child. Also, for even though they offer breakfast, this is not innthe same space. You have to walk over to Bella Musica restaurant, as they have an agreement. Maybe during the summer this is bo5 an issue, but right now, being so cold outside, if I get dressed and have to go outside I would preffer to choose the restaurant, since is not inhouse. I do not recommend and will never come back here.
