Small hotel more like a serviced apartment, decent rooms , but without airconditioning or fans the rooms are unbearable 😫 but the jacuzzi was good so upgraded my 3star to 4 star rating

This place styles itself as a four star hotel and I would agree. Everything went smoothly, from the phone reservation to getting directions, to parking, accommodations, breakfast meal, service, and concierge desk. I am pleasantly surprised to find that superlative customer service and impeccable lodgings CAN be found in Romania. I believe this hotel and staff to be a rare find and I'd highly recommend the accommodations to anyone looking for a quality experience in an otherwise drab sea of below average offerings. I wish to personally thank the staff and congratulate the owners for singlehandedly helping restore my faith in the lodging industry. Bravo, job well done, all!

Not so good location. Swimming pool has no Water! Haven't tried gym room and steambath room. It has massage but you have to book in advance and it closes at 9pm. Room is big, especially the bathroom has a bathtube. In the room, there are a kettle and tea/Coffee free.

Great experience with the staff here. We had a really-really good experience looking for a room for some friends who decided to arrive in short notice. We got lots of help that can only be described as voluntary. It's nice to have this highly professional relationship with the staff. Thanks! One thing would be worth improving, and that is the smell inside the bathroom (and overall maintenance of the building - it's clean, but the squeaky doors and the mini fridge taking 1 day to chill a beer can't go unnoticed). It's this that makes this place good for rather shorther stays than a whole week. It's also greatly situated, quiet area, close to the zoo, the park, so kids will enjoy.

The hotel is pretty nice and you have some things to do. You have a pool, a gym, sauna and games room. The furniture is a bit old but it is clean. The staff is really great and helpful all of the time.

Charming hotel. Grandeur with a little g. Lovely and polite staff. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for discovering the region around Brasov.

I will never ever come back to this place… it was such a horror. We took the double deluxe room and the heat was first of all not working then we were smelling a very potent smell turns out to be mould on the walls of our room… we had to take some pictures and request a new room… got upgraded to the triple deluxe, it was ok. When it comes down to the breakfast, well… lower your expectations because it’s nothing like the pictures. We came as group to this place and in all our opinions, they just had a fantastic photographer whom sold us a dream… it’s like “expectation” vs “reality”

This hotel is excellent for the price! The rooms were clean, albeit a tad bit outdated. But the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and it was everything I wanted it to be regarding seclusion and low traffic (both in the hotel and surrounding area! There is an excellent coffee shop within easy walking distance, and I had food delivered twice with no hassles. I would certainly recommend getting a massage as the price was perfect for the service, and I was wonderfully relaxed after!

Room locks are a joke. Cleaning staff walked in on me being in underwear twice despite locking my room from the inside. Breakfast was just ok. Cold buns. Could‘ve been from the day before. But the eggs were good. Traces of the previous guest in the room were not hard to find. You shouldnt be picky about tidyness. Handles falling of doors. Heater in the bathroom had no regulator installed, stayed cold. The staff at the desk seems to be uninterested in any way of communication. The stay felt unwelcoming with very little exceptions. The location is not bad. For skiiers the wrong side of the town. But there is stuff nearby like stores etc.

Definitely not a 4star hotel. The shower water was barely warm, rooms not clean enough, hairs on the bed sheets, gym was a joke

I will start with the good things about it: The staff is fantastic, a 5* team of girls. The breakfast is really good with a high variety of choices. Unfortunately that's where the good things end. The Hotel is BROKEN!!!! Only 30% of the jacuzzi in the room works, cabinets and wardrobe are damaged, the netting for the doors and windows meant to keep the bugs and flies out are damaged, GYM - only 20% of it working, Games Room is just a big empty room with 1 unplayable pool table as it is damaged really bad (the felt on top has really bad rips in it as if it was played on for 30 years without being replaced-owner claiming it was a 2 week usage damage), the table football is unplayable as the handles (and ends) are coming off, the "pack" of playing cards are 4 different types of cards (cardboard and plastic), the pool has it's bottom damaged, so even if it was filled, it would be too dangerous to use unless you like cutting your feet.

A bit bed buggy, but they make an effort to help and be nice

Affordable prices, large rooms, large parking spots, friendly and professional staff can make your accomodation one you can't forget. Also I highly reccomend the massage from Elvira. She has the abillity to relax your muscles and your mind with relaxing music and good ambiance!

Ok hotel, a bit overpriced for what it is..The rooms tent to overheat quickly, so we slept with open windows but the noise of barking dogs in neigberhood kept waking us up. Good thing is the pool. This we and the kids enjoyed. Another downside is that there are no real restaurants in the area, apart from pizzeria, but anyway one must drive.

Rooms don't have air-conditioning, need renovation, linen were in run down condition, Breakfast spread was in a very small area and options for vegetarian was not enough

Located in a very nice place near Brasov Zoo. Room is big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Didn't have an issue sleeping all 3 together. Breakfast tasty. Rooms clean. Really recommend

O sedere superba, gazde foarte calduroase si ajutatoare. A fost o placere sa stam la grand hotel. Dna Elvira (doamna care face masaj) si ea este de nota 10, asa masaj Nu am mai primit pana acum. We had a wonderful time even if we only stayed a night, however the staff did everything to please us and made themselves available for our needs the whole stay. The masseuse was incredible, I can say that I’ve never had a massage like this before. The pool is lovely, but the best part was the breakfast for sure!

Disappointed for the pictures, description and the amount of stars this place has. Darts, games, pool and what other distractions that are "available" are actually in the basement, locked and in very poor condition, unusable. The Jacuzzi in the room was dirty with hairs. The restaurant is tiny with only a couple tables. Bring water from home if you don't want to pay the bar price just to drink some water. Myself and my gf got covered in pimples after sleeping there. This is not a 4 star hotel. At most it is a Guest house (pension) with fewer stars. At least the 2 staff members we had interaction with were very nice but felt humble, maybe not very proud of the place.

Very calm and relaxing place.. The staff are very nice and polite🌹 The receptionist is wonderfully helpful. Deliciously fresh breakfast.. I felt very comfortable and relaxed.. I will recommend this place for my family and friends.🥰
