The hotel has a private parking with a barrier, so your car will be safe. the personnel was very helpful especially the guys from reception. The room had a nice view and a balcony but the overall cleanliness of the room didn't was what I expected. Breakfast was very good.

A filthy and disgusting place, the brrakfast vas very poor and the food seemed old, I found droppings in my fried eggs! The main thing that disturbed me was the dog going and coming out of the kitchen and the lack of care from the staff! 0/10 would not recommend

Pros: - The room was clean. - we had a very large balcony that was shared with another room. - the reception personal was very kind. Cons: Some elements were broken - the door could not be locked from the inside (not a major issue) - the balcony door could not be closed properly (it had a gap) fortunately the room temperature was ok - the wallpaper on the walls was coming off - the furniture door that was meant to hide the mini fridge was crooked. - the restaurant had less tables than the total number of guests and you could be asked to wait a little while. All in all not a bad place but for the 4 stars that the pension pretends it has some flaws that could be easily addressed.

The staff were all really friendly and the breakfast choices were varied and tasty. The place is opposite Alpin hotel which means that if you come here to ski you will have to take the bus (if you don't have a car). Our biggest issue was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom(probably there was a problems with the sewage system). The staff were aware of it and tried to sort it out, unsuccessfully though. The room is good size and the bed is comfortable. One evening they even made donughts for us. The place is a bit pricey though given it's not a hotel. Had it not been for the smell, I would have given it 4 stars.

Everything was just perfect - we had a double room, with balcony and beautiful mountain view. The room was nice, very clean, everything spotless, with all the amenities. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was very good, more than enough choices. We really enjoyed our stay here and we’ll definetely come back.

I am giving 5 stars because of the staff, very nice and hardworking people. The place was also clean with a good and consistent breakfast. The apartment we had was nice with a great balcony view.

We had the biggest room which is at the top floor. Pretty hard to get there with no elevator but not that big of a problem after all. Staff very polite. The food was really good in the morning and most important, they change it every day. Great experience here.

We always enjoy our stay at Pensiunea Orizont. They are very polite and will help with any query you have, the breakfast is great and if you get a room with mountain view it worth every penny.

Very nice breakfast and a fair priced hotel. In a quiet and clean area with a very friendly staff. Rooms are standard, airy and clean. Bathroom a bit small, but it does the job.

Struggled a bit finding the location. Precise directions would be more helpful. Otherwise we had an enjoyable stay.

What a very very bad pension. My dog has a better place to stay. Very dirty and broken. Also the fighting with the neighbour for the parking places. The owners are childrren of a very low class. Never again.

It would have been 4 stars for the room if it wasn't for a constant sewage smell that at some point became very strong. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit far from the gondola but close to the bus station

The host was very friendly, the property is in walking distance to the restaurants, and the breakfast in the morning is 5*. All around a great stay!!!!!
