Loud continuous street noise (heavy traffic, passsers-by) and cars exhaust (low groundfloor windows opening to quite polluted environment). No air condition (apartment quite hot in summer). Change of bedclothes and towels occurs randomly.

The location is the only positive aspect of this place. Negatives: - wifi didn't work - heating didn't work - booked a 4 person apartment. We had 1 regular bed and an tiny couch for 2, which was old and dirty - you have to clean the used glasses and take your trash with you. Otherwise 30€ fine. I completely understand to not leave a mess but this is ridiculous

Excellent! Every time I visit Brasov, for business or pleasure, I choose Roth Guesthouse. 50 meters from Black Church. Great position, very-very clean, excellent value for price!!! Highly recommend!

The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect - situated on a beautiful, narrow alley just 50 meters away from the Black Church. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything I needed to make our stay comfortable. Also, the price was very reasonable. Given the fantastic location and the high level of service and amenities, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable our stay was. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Good and clean rooms, I had the small room and it was great but also very good price for the location. Its near to bus stations and the old city center. It felt like home actually here :)
