Amazing picturesque location on one of the most beautiful streets in Romania, not just Brasov. Superb view, clean, large, and warm rooms, generous breakfast, very friendly staff, free parking at the door (which is a big thing in this city), on the way to Poiana Brasov ski resort. It's not luxurious but neither is the price.

A nice airbnb hotel located on the hill to Poiana Brașov, has quite the views, it's clean, cosy, nicely designed with spacious rooms, amenities, and also breakfast service. 10/10 Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at house Moritz. The house itself is beautifully renovated and is very comfy for visiting Brasov. Our host was very forthcoming and made us a tasty breakfast. Definitely worth checking out for staying in Brasov.

Immaculate and spacious rooms. Hard working staff. Breakfast is good value and there is enough food and coffee to set you up for the day ahead. Located at the top of a hill just behind a park with steep paths, can be hard on the knees if walked more than once or twice two and from the town centre. The bus terminus is just a 10 minute walk away.

Big clean rooms and friendly service. It's a bit of an uphill walk from the main centre, but it's still very close.

The place is nice. The room temperatures can be set independently and they warm up very fast. Also he rooms are confortable and quiet.

Lovely stay, this has become my "home away from home" every time I go to Brasov. Amazing staff, warm and welcoming, big rooms, extremely clean and the breakfast is very nice. All in all, one of the best places I stayed, out of hundreds all over the world! Recommended!

We chose this place two years ago and we will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our stay. We love studio room. The view is amazing and romantic( you can see the fortress of Brașov). The history of the hotel is very interesting , you can see some pictures since you came inside the house. The hotel is located very close from the old town of Brașov, just a short walk in the park. The host and the staff are very king and communicative, and they are very careful with Covid19 measures. The room is very big , as well as the bathroom and kitchen. The heat level can be ajustated by a room termostate. You can have complementary coffe , tea or cookies witch are aviable all the time. Casa Motiz worth more than 3 stars !
