Not the best quality for appliances (jacuzzi / tv / hair dryer etc.), but the service is really good and everything looks lovely. The bed was really comfortable, the jacuzzi was functional, room smelled nice and everything else was pretty clean. We stayed for 3 nights in the deluxe room and we really enjoyed it. Considering all the "problems" with the room, this is still a 3 star hotel and for 3 stars it was very nice and we had an awesome time there. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Stairs at the entrydoor in room, you have to be careful, 1 flor room was very hot, about 29 degrees, i could not sleep, there is no A.C.

Second night here and we absolutely love it. Nice cozy place, friendly staff, amazing price, and it's gated, so great if you have kids. Top notch!

We pay more than our reservation said. The bed sheets haven't been changed after the former guests and the room was very poor soundproofed. Close to old town though.

Hydromassage and hairdryer don't work, some useless appliances in the room, but super warm and comfortable. Very close to the old town and easy to reach by public transport.

We only had one day in Brasov but we are very pleased about choosing this place. The lady from the reception, in a very good english, was very helpfull with lots of informations: touristic places, restaurants, tours and distances. All we needed to know she had an answer for us. The room was a nice and quite one, clean, and the sheets and the towels had a very, very nice and strong parfume. I recomand this place for sure, also bcse of the price of the room, wich was more than ok for city center and for the quality of the room.

They didn't change the sheets. They were stained with something red for crying out loud. They failed at the most basic thing ever, clean your room before you rent it. Plus they turned the heat off during the night in october. On the plus side, it's within walking distance of the center(10-15 minutes), if you're desperate.

I have made a reservation by phone and I asked for a special room and special requests ( flowers, cake, champagne :) ) since my trip was like a honeymoon.And I was very surprised that everything was just perfect, exactly as I have asked, and without any payment in advance and I have made a good impression with my husband ! They were very serious, friendly and helpfull and they made us feel special! We got help for all our problems: rent a car, map of the city, directions, recomandations ! And the room with jacuzzi was very clean, cozy, with petals of roses on the bed, in the jacuzzi, a full minibar with qualitative products ... For sure I ill go back and I will recommend it !

Without reservation, arrived late on a saturday evening, no double rooms available, but still the owners did their best to accommodate us: the gave us the only available room - the deluxury one with sauna and jacuzzi, at the price of a standard double room! Very hospitable persons! The location is at 10 minutes of walking from the city center, the Black Church. Nice room, very clean, and althought is in the city center, in the hystorical area they also have a courtyard , for 5-6 cars, where we could park our car safely.
