Very, very bad management!!! - you can feel it from the first contact with hotel staff. Not a safe place to stay - main door, which is very small, is opening inside and in case of emergency will not have room enough to escape. During breakfast time, housekeeping ladies, pass through eating designated area with baskets full with dirty laundry. Waiters are carrying food and dishes, from kitchen probably, through inner courtyard to breakfast place. Sometimes, we have to wait in line for coffee, because resort staff use same machine with tourists. Rooms have view only to inner courtyard, so nothing to admire. Not enough parking spots. Prices are too high for what you get in return. I don't recommend ........

I didn't slip all night, my window can't be closed and the room vew was on main Street (I heard any single engine noise). Also the fridge was making very strange noises like sf-horror movies sound effects. I decoupled the fridge power but in the morning the water was almost hot. I'm sorry but this hotel has not have 5 stars conditions

It doesn't worth the 100€/night price. They have inside pool but if you stay in the left building you'll have to get outside and then enter in the right building (the pool is located here). After you swim, you'll have get outside again in order to get to your room. The bed was made with 2 mattresses with different height, one towel was dirty and torn, very old bed sheets. Sorry, but this aren't 5 stars conditions. I think the correct price should be around 50-60€/night

Unfortunately far from 5 stars. The room is nicely decorated and clean but one window faces the inner courtyard parking and anyone can pick a view inside, not to mention the noise and gases from the cars, the other, the bathroom one, faces a back alley on which the garbage is stored. The staff is using loudly the trash bins from late night to very early morning. The cooler in the room is very noisy and had to be unplugged. The outdoor restaurant is small and cannot accommodate enough customers. The staff is under specialized and careless. If you miss the breakfast there is no alternative until 13.30 - 14. The food on the other hand is tasty and there is a nice selection of beverages. Last order is 21.00 hours and the restaurant stays open until 22.00. If you try to order even 5 minutes after 21.00 it is not possible even if you tried to get the attention of a waitress 10 minutes previously. The argument was I should have gone to the bar and order there. The parking as well is insufficient for the amount of customers. The pool is small and has insufficient chairs. The temperature is right and it is clean. On the premises there is a playground which is nice. The hotel offers a lot more services that I didn’t try.

The room had a smell, it was like coming from pipes. And it was hot even though it was set on 19° C. Found a piece of glass in the pool. Great service and food. So 3 stars for the accommodation and 5 for the restaurant. That's a 4 overall

Love this place. Good ambiance, beautifull decorated and great staff. Great food. Good pool, right temperature not too warm but refreshing. Recommend!

Bavarian style rooms, small yet very practical. Professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely come back to this resort. We rented a car in Bucharest and drove here to visit Bran Castle. Parking was easy. We had a great overall experience.

Perfect family holidays destination. Everything looks manicured and kept to very high standards. The rooms are delightful with their strong architectural print and modern twitches. Great a la carte restaurant, clean pool, lovely garden. The indoor pool just next to the sauna is a treat. Really, one of the best places I've visited. Kids had a blast at the play area and at their designated pool. They loved the freedom and the space (and so did we...)

Excellent from all point of view.

A mix of extraordinary staff and less than pleasent staff in a nice ambient. The restaurant has decent food at above average prices. The hotel has real fire hazard issues. The evacuation routes are innapropriate. Some safety issue regarding child safety. And major issues regarding sound proofing the rooms. I would not return to this hotel.

The room was small (~ 30 m for 2 floors including 2 toilets) without A/C on second floor so it was difficult to sleep there in Romanian summer... The staff is inexperienced with poor english. It was written that the parking is free - it is free but there are just 4 parkings inside the hotel yard and 4 outside, so not enough parking for all guests. The hotel pool is OK. the breakfast meal is standard. The hotel restaurant is standard (~ 20 minutes waiting for meal) The location is 7 km from Brasov, nothing to do in Cristian at all. (No good restaurants or Pizza in Cristian) The hotel Rates itself as 5 stars - for me it was as 3 stars.

Beautiful rooms and good buffet breakfast, plus a nice pool and playground with pretty fruit trees and benches at the back of the grounds. The food service was slow, but that's normal for Romania. Overall, it was a great place to stay for families with kids.

That's for sure NO 5 STARS here... Broken toilet 🚽 seat next to the check in office, there was nobody at the front desk to check in for like 15 minutes... We stayed 2 nights and was no ROOM CLEANING we run out of toilet paper, we have to use same towels... 😭 We got NO PARKING SPOT until the next day.. 😥
