Great location in the middle of the square. Not so great: 1. The main entrance code panel was broken. The door was open when we arrived, but later someone closed it and we struggled a lot to get in since the code panel was broken and we had not been given a key. 2. The lock to the inner apartment door was a plain indoor lock requiring a plain key anyone can obtain. That means all the guests in the other apartments could have entered our apartment with their key. Since the main entrance lock was not working either people from the street could have easily entered if they decided to. 3. The bathroom door was broken with a whole window missing, so no privacy in the bathroom. When we asked the owner he just said its like the photo. 4. The apartment contained only 1 glass in total for 2 persons. We did not feel safe in the apartment, and could not have left any valuables. We complained but were not offered any other accommodation or refund. We booked another hotel.

Great bed and breakfast. Right in the city center next to all the important monuments, shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms and big and clean with an amazing view from the Piața Sfatului and the 'Brasov' sign. Great value for a great place. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy access and it is right in the center of everything. That is a plus. On the minus side of things: room no.1 (the one that they advertise as king room) has horrible smell of cigarettes. We had our window opened for a few hours, at 7 degrees Celsius outside, but with little change. We had to buy a spray to make it a bit better and to be able to breathe. Also, the the bathroom was extremely unclean, with dirty walls. We had towels and shampoo/ shower gel. Overall aspect of the room: unclean and most definitely not tidy. I would not visit again. LE: to answer to the owner of of the property: you are missing what is all about: hospitality. ANYONE can sell rooms. It takes time to realize that you do not have to blame the guest for something that went wrong. I saw a pattern in your answers to fellow unhappy guests. I do not want to get into details because it does not do anyone any good. Even though you basically told me I am liar. Good luck!

Good place to stay, a lot of space for the price paid, not very modern, good size bed, bathroom a bit too small, very warm inside and location a bit hard to find. Overall i was satisfied and i would come back in future especially because is situated in the middle of the old city with lots of attractions nearby

Excellent location! Right in the Old Town Square which is where you want to be in Brasov. Clean room and great staff. We stayed for 4 nights. Great value as well.

Very friendly and helpful owner. We couldn't go due to Covid and she was very understanding, I would highly recommend and I hope we can go soon!

Nice place right in the middle of Central Square, quite hard to find it but the staff was helpful and explain to us. The room had a great view, was clean and cozy.

The room is clean, a good size, and very central. Be aware that there is live music downstairs (thankfully good live music, but still!), the only window opens onto a surprisingly busy balcony (both a security and a noise issue) and you may have to phone to get someone to check you in. Would recommend keeping your options open and paying for breakfast separately (same price).

I liked this place mostly because of it's very central location to the main square, and the view from the landing of the Tumpa mountain in the mornings. The room was large, with a nice bathroom. I must also say the owner, Adrian, was a very nice and friendly host, who came out the square to meet me when I was searching for the place at 9pm when I was checking in - I thought this was a very nice touch.

A lovely place right in the heart of Piața Sfatului. From our window I could see the church and, during December, the Christmas tree and Christmas market. Very clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, easy and fast check-in, great view: Piața Sfatului from the window, Tâmpa and "BRASOV sign" from the entry door. Excellent! Would definitely recommend this cosy and warm place. (not kidding, really warm rooms in the winter, great!)

I think this might be the best pet friendly accommodation in Brașov. You are right in the heart of the action, the view towards Piața Sfatului and the White Tower is breathtaking and you are surrounded by good restaurants and breakfast places. Room 1 - the King Room - is the only one with a view. There is another room upstairs with a really small window with the same view, but it doesn't compare with the 2 big windows in room 1. The room itself is big, the furniture is painted wood, very shabby chic and tasteful, there is a mini fridge and the TV is big and has Netflix and other streaming services. The bathroom is equipped with soap, shower gel, shampoo and a hairdryer. The hot water takes a minute to come but it's plentiful. We were here at the end of January and the temperature in the room was perfect for this season. The common coffee room has a good coffee machine with quality coffee provided at all times, a microwave oven, a fridge, a sandwich maker, a water boiler, an iron, tableware, a sink etc. There is no parking provided but it's in a pedestrian area so the situation is the same for all accommodations in the historic center. But we were lucky to find parking spaces on Grigoraș Dinicu Street which is close by and it only costs 24 lei/day. The hostess provides you with information about the closest parking lots around and their prices from the get go anyway. We can't wait to come back here!
