It's an OK location, 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The place is clean, at least the room we had. There's a quiet garden outside. The owner was around to help if needed. The price was rather high for what it is offering, but I think because Brasov is a busy place.

We called the host on the spot on Tuesday night and asked for accommodations and they were very quick to answer, they gave us a room & everything was clean. We stayed for one night, but we would have stayed more if we didn't have other plans. The location is very good, there is also a parking lot, and there is also room for outside activities in their backyard.

Very bad experience, very expensive for what they offer (smelly rooms and disgusting bed sheets), even if you need boiled water (basic household thing) you have to “beg” to have some warm up ...I don’t recommend to anyone and surely not coming back

I would recommend only if you are looking for something cheap and located close to downtown.
