Very poor experience. 2 stars because of the nice view. We did not stay at the hotel. We went at the restaurant. We ended up leaving because after a hour nobody took our order and it wasn't crowded at all. Half of the tables were empty.

I have been here for the 4th time because previously I liked a lot the experience but this time definitely not.We will not come back some time from now on. Everything was wrong since the moment we arrived. Eventhough we booked 3 rooms since March and we specified what rooms we would like to have and we got the confirmation for them, we had the surprise to receive other rooms with no regrets and effort to make us happy from the receptionist.The bathroom in one of the rooms was terrible, the drain from the shower was not functional and was impossible to be repaired for 5 days so we made shower by flooding the entire bath.The same problem with the sliding doors from the shower cab, they were not closing and all water was on the floor. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7:30 to 10:30 but around 9:20 you couldn’t find almost anything, no bread, no milk, no vegetables.When we asked the staff about food they said that breakfast started 7:30 and it was full.

Great resort, clean with big room and a great pool cleaned daily. It is a quite place even if some other turists had childrens. Playing place in the garden is adequate for sure. Food was good except the Carbonara Pasta that had cream in it. Overall good place to stay and relax. Prices are a little bit high BUT well worth it.

It was a great place, cool stuff, big garden, very nice for family with children. The pool is very big, but the water was pretty cold.

Amazing place with wonderful staff! We came for one night only and finally stayed a second night because the hotel was so much better than we expected. We enjoyed all the facilities, the beautiful room and charming decoration but, above all, the warming character and hospitality of the staff. Again, amazing place!

This place is perfect for sunny days, enjoying a cup of coffee in the yard with a nice view or inside, near the fireplace, after a very good meal. You should try the bean and tarragon soup, it's surprising. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

They have a very good restaurant with good dishes. The whole atmosphere is really cozy and very calm. After lunch you can have a little walk in their garden. Also, outside they have a pool and a mini fotbal field (that can be used for tennis as well).

Fancy hostel with friendly staff and tasty food. The diner is quite large, having tables for about 80 people. The prices are average. I've not slept here and can't say anything about their overnight accommodation.

Very nice hotel, beautiful large rooms and excellent food, perfect for relaxing, especially with the nature reserve behind.

Review for end of October 2023, restaurant event. Extremely large "complex" both indoor and outdoor seating availability, in different patios. A children playing area, a pool (a bit dangerous for kids while the water is not present), an outdoor fireplace, a tennis court. Food was above average. Payment accepted by card also contactless or tap to pay. There are some free parking spaces in front of the building. Nice view towards Lempeș hill.
