Good room with balcony, the guy from the reception was nice. The breakfast was decent, strong sanitary rules in place (well done) and the guy who was in charge was one of the nicest waiters ever.

Amazing experience. We spend new years here. Very warm and welcoming staff, great food, and good company. The rooms are exactly what you need, not overly opulent. If there is an issue, the staff immediately tries to solve it, often before you even talk to them. We had live music during new years, and even after! Only 'problem' is that wifi doesn't reach the two rooms at the top floor. Tiny problem compared to the awesome experience. Highly recommended !

A must if you are in Poiana Braşov! From freshly made soups, hand cut fries and perfectly grilled mici, ribs, chicken, cheese, …. lots to feed your cravings!!!

We go there some time for lunch, nothing exceptional, but the staff is very polite and the food is very good. They had a child play room near reception.

Food was great here - soups, lamb, pork. Service can improve a bit - as first timers we were patronized a bit by the lady serving there. Since food was good we came back and service was better - maybe we gained “in house” status !?

Nestled in the heart of Poiana, the views are spectacular. Rooms super clean and staff treated me like family! Must try the tripe soup with sour cream, chicken soup, beaded cheese, pasta carbonara and definitely the meat platter! The ribs have a special sauce and the mustard paired with the mitite (me tee teh... Aka mitch) is the best I've had. Don't forget to check out the little stalls just down the road. They have everything!

Spider webs the room, the door handles are broken, very cold in the night time!!! The food was ok. The service is very good.

One of the best and most authentic Hotels in Poiana Brașov. The food there is absolutely amazing.

Breakfast was mixed. We had omlet, and some ingredients were high quality the other like butter and jam were industrial. The coffee is pretty bad, maybe they need to clean the machine or new coffee. I believe the filter coffee is much better.
