The breakfast was tasty and diverse. The shower was clean and looked very good. We had two balconies and it was quiet. The hotel is very close to Dino Park, Citadel, the cave and other interesting places. Tourists were kindly and repeatedly asked to wear masks in common areas. Room looked good, but the carpet was stained and the curtain had holes. We found some napkins under the bed when we arrived and it made me doubt the quality of cleaning.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Râșnov city. Great view of the citadel from the balcony. Their staff is very polite and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant is great as well. They also have a little playground for kids.

We stayed in an appartment in the main hotel building, after changing it from an appartment on top of the bakery (new appartments, available this year) after the first night. Appartment on top of the bakery was noisy as we had very noisy neighbors talking until late in the night - noise bouncing from wall in front of their room. Also music from the restaurant (there are speakers all around the restaurant, even in the back where there are no tables) we heard (not loud) until almost 2 a.m. We moved in an appartment the next day which was on the opposite side of the main entrance/ restaurant. Next door neighbor had music all day long in their yard (not loud, but all day long), and talked loud evenings until late - which was not great. No air conditioning in the appartment at 3rd floor, so we had windows open all the time (it gets very warm in summer sun in second part of the day), and therefore noise all the time (not very loud, but almost all the time). (Similar appartments on the front of hotel, noise from restaurant - people talking/ music at the restaurant). Water faucet in both shower and sink were pretty clogged. We told this to reception and they acted surprised, and said next day they will solve (which they didn’t until we left for next 2 days). We had a request for a missing light bulb in the first room we stayed, and we were told next day as well. Other than that personnel was nice. Food at restaurant excellent. Location wonderful (as central as it gets) and parking always available on street (if not in front of hotel). Kid friendly, playground both outside and in restaurant. Breakfest - the best we had in Romania in any hotel. It gets a lot of things right, but attention to details is poor, and personnel acts surprised rather than supportive when faced with issues.

Nice views and nice rooms - AWFUL RESTAURANT. We booked 2 rooms for our 2 night stay, this cost us almost €400 which was fine for the location and hotel quality. One room had air conditioning the other room did not, in 32 degrees heat all rooms should really have air conditioning this was ridiculous. The views were great both rooms had balconies which were lovely additions to the space, the mini fridge was well stocked with plenty of drinks, no complimentary water in the room, you had to purchase from the mini fridge. We went for dinner on the first night at the hotel restaurant, we waiting an hour and a half for 4 main courses…. When we asked why our food was taking this long we were told it’s very busy…. There was only three other tables occupied in the restaurant. It was an unacceptable wait time and when we complained the waiter just shrugged, he really did not care. Our mother had the schnitzel and it was rock hard, it broke her tooth!!!!! Again when I get complained the waiter did not care… this cost €150 to fix in the dentist that week while we were on our holiday. The hotel was nice but the staff were so unhappy and rude. Upon checking out we were not even asked how was our stay and was everything alright, we did not even have a chance to complain or be heard by anyone here. Good hotel if you only need to sleep here, don’t waste your time or money dining here as the food is overpriced and not good.

We only had lunch at the restaurant. The food is good, but the prices quite high. Waiting time is long. we ordered soups and main course and it took about 20 min to bring the soups and they were warm, almost cold. We had deserts at the cafeteria which is also part of the Radsor complex and the cakes are very good. I recommend it.

Staying here now(added a night to my itinerary). Nice room w/ large balcony and AC. Very clean. Has been a very relaxing stay. The staff has been fantastic and the food at Otto's is out of this world. Had the pork ribs last night and I have to say it was in the top two rib plates I've ever eaten. Inhaled the meal!!!! Worth every penny! In the States this would be 2 to 3 times the expense for the same quality hands down!!

First of all there's no air conditioner except for 2 rooms that don't face the mid-day sun. After that the staff didn't seem to enjoy helping any of the customers. Lastly but not least, the food was simply disgusting. The pork tenderloin was badly made and ended up as dinner for the neighborhood homeless cats that were around. I don't recommend staying here unless you want to check the Rasnof castle (that's been temporarily closed for the past 2 years). Don't be fooled by the expensive prices cause the service doesn't match it.

This place is amazing. Booked here for one night and wanted to have a simple dinner with the family. The food was super tasty and now I want to get to eat here more often. Congrats to the chef and his team

One of the best places for sweets in Rasnov. And olso one of the best to start the day. Coffee, tea, sweets and pastries freshly made or baked here. Service was very nice and fast. One or two cake types available are gluten free. Prices: $$

Rating the cake shop! Nice terrace, nice staff, tasy and good looking cookies. Very clean place. Positioned straight in the town centre of city Râșnov. Nice citadelle view from the terrace.

Waiter did not give me a pepper grinder after I demonstrated that it did not work. He said it works and turned around and left, making me a leir. He did not check on us nor ask how was our food. I had to get a pepper shaker from an adjacent table. Waiter was not freindly. I do not recommend this place.

The personnel is quite nice, the hotel has big rooms, confortable, with very nice view on the Rasnov Fortress. The restaurant, is ok - not so many dishes but they are tasty. There are two issues - parking places - only public and most of the time are busy and the internet which is very unstable - if you want to work and relax is almost impossible.

The hotel experience was great and we had incredible couple of days. Even more so if you are traveling with kids - quiet location, play room in the restaurant and magnificent view of Rasnov castle. This is a perfect place to be to explore the region - a short trip away from all major sightseeing locations like Bran castle, Brasov, DinoPark and Sinaia.

😠 The garden terrace is absolutely lovely and gives a nice sensation of privacy. Can't really speak about any of the other features since we were straight up ignored for 15 minutes. I got up to go ask the staff for some menus. I walked up to three separate servers and they literally ignored me and wal...

👍 Very long waiting time as there only one waiter here. Management if you are reading this hire more waiters because only one man can't handle that many orders. And maybe another cook also. We waited for almost 2 hours to eat a soup and papanași. The food was great
