Absolutely shameless reception service from a lady on 20th June 2022! These people are professional liars, don’t come to this hotel. We booked for 2 rooms with views to the mountain. They told us they had only one with views and the other room they will provide an upgrade… the upgrade was in the second floor with a big plastic covering all the views from the balcony. On top of that, this is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, it has barely 2… You can find bugs of all kind in the room, even below the bedsheets. Horrible experience, I won’t visit this “hotel” anymore!

There is a severe war situation in Israel, and all the flights have been canceled, you asked them to behave like human beings and to be considerate and to cancel the room, they did not agree, if you want a hotel that has this service, come here

Very bad service, i had to push my own luggage from my room to the lobby due to the fact there was no bell boy service, also they never answer at the reception when calling from the room. Bathroom not clean and also the bed very uncomftarble I really dont recommend this hotel to anyone, you have much better options around the area Rusine sa va fie....

Restaurant is amazing, the people that work there are very welcoming and warm. Lobby and restaurant have character and charm. For constructive criticism, I can't say the same thing about the rooms. They feel empty and don't have the same charm and character as the lobby and the rest of the hotel. Other than that, thumbs up 👍

It was a little outdated for my taste, but overall, big clean rooms. I don't really understand the big tub in the bathroom. The location is great and center from everything. The restaurant on the premises has great food and service.

Reception side needs improvement for sure, I called to make a reservation and the receptionist said he will call me back, but never happened. Called second week and I been told the system is not working, I really gave up and looked for another place to stay, there are other hotels which treated me very professionally

Interesting place, in the middle of Poiana Brasov. It is indeed expensive, we knew that in advance. Rooms are huge, furniture and decorations are baroque style, a bit worn out. I'm not a fan of this style, but this is a personal thing in the end. The bath room was a bit smelly, otherwise it was clean. The pools are nice with a plus for the small outside jacuzzi style pool. In the first day in one of the pools the water was pretty cold, I heard some other guests complaining about this. The next day instead the water on the same pool was really warm. So I'm not sure what was the problem. Anyway, breakfast decent, nothing to write home about, but ok. The restaurant it's also on the expensive side, food is ok, probably a bit over-priced I would say, at least what we've tried. The staff was really nice and helpful I have to say. All in all, I would say it is an ok place that I guess is a bit over-priced, but again it's a question of taste

It was amazing experience for winter holiday. Hotel was clean, breakfast was enough and it was a excellent opportunity for family with kids. Foreign waiters and waitresses was so helpful and kind but I cant say it for local ones. They were rude, for an example one of them told me why did you open a new water bottle instead of already opened one!!!

I recommend this hotel, I stayed 2 nights between November 22-24, on my husband's birthday. The person who took my call and emails, gave us the most beautiful surprise, an upgrade from standard room to the largest apartment, with 2 bedrooms and a sauna in the bathroom. When we arrived in the room, a bottle of wine with 2 glasses and a plate of fresh fruit were waiting for us. Thank you very much, the surprise was also for me, not only for my husband😊 Everything was perfect, the location was excellent, the pool and spa area were well maintained and everything was very clean. I will definitely come back!

We spent four relaxing days at this hotel. I really recommend it for families with children. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast is ok, maybe there could be some more fruits and vegetarian choices but this wasn’t an issue for us. Food at Miorita restaurant was ok although overpriced, but very helpful and polite staff there. This is true for all the staff, they wrere all really nice and helpful, starting from reception to the maids. We really enjoyed the spa and kids loved the playroom. It is quite expensive, but once in a while it is worth the money for a few quiet days.

Bordering on 3 stars because of the rooms mostly. We stayed for 3 nights and while the rooms are very spacious and tidy, they could definitely use some sprucing up. Some sockets were falling out of the wall, furniture is scratched, shower was overflowing. Food and SPA were fantastic as well as the location. A little pricey for the rooms but nevertheless a good stay in Poiana Brașov.

Mainly the stars are for Bianca from the bar in the lobby. She is really nice and makes the best cocktails you can have. My recommendation would be to let her make her specialty for you. The room has some issues with the bathroom anyhow, the toilet makes a big noise from time to time. Other than that, Aurelius is a nice place to stay.

The place is amazing. We had coffee by the lake at the hotel's cafeteria. The coffee was excellent but the bill was overpriced, which I suspect was due to the fact that we are not Rumanians. Two of us speak rumanian and complained to the waiter but we did not get a satisfying explanation. We paid 120 lei for 2 cappucinoes, 2 double espresso and a bottle of water.

The restaurant scammed us. I booked 2 of the most expensive rooms (Deluxe suit) for 5 nights and we experienced issues everyday. Our toilet was broken for the entire stay, the water was never warm on the second floor, the keycard system to the rooms broke so we had to wait for 2 hours until we could enter, and the restaurant scammed us Each time we looked at the receipt at your restaurant they increased the price for some of the items, either for the appetizers or main dish, or they included more drinks than we ordered. I booked this place because I believed it was top of the line and it felt like a money grabbing trap for the entire stay. A horrible experience.

Lovely hotel, likely one of the best in the areas. Spa, gym and pool are all amazing and the rooms are clean and luxurious. Just always way way too hot which is terrible for when you have your ski clothes on

Amazing location! We were so surprised to have such a nice stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Very good size of the room, private steam room inside of our own bathroom (apartment). For breakfast you can choose from a variety of food, including romanian food but not limited to. Luckily, in the middle of the week their spa is not busy, so we could have a peaceful time while swimming. Last but not least, view is amazing specially from pool terrace, we will definitely go back one day.

The hotel is very good, romantic and atmospheric. The spa was absolutely amazing! I think one of the best in this area, especially open hot swimming pool outside, I enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast was also nice, with good selection of food. I also appreciated high quality coffee for breakfast in the restaurant, not like in other hotels. We booked the room with private sauna but it was really waste of money (( the room was very big, but almost empty! Pictures are attached. Also there was no sense to have sauna in the room bcz there is amazing spa area in the hotel. So the room definitely doesn't cost this 400 euro per night which we paid.

I was at a weeding, the food was very good, the atmosphere is wonderful but the waiters in the final hours were not so kindly, even if the contract was not overdue they wanted us to leave sooner.

Our family of 3 stayed here last week for 3 nights and we loved the place. Yes, it’s somewhat old fashioned in its decor, and the walls around the small lake needs painting but the place has a certain charm. The rooms are huge with a great balcony. We had 2 huge double beds. Breakfast was good as were the staff who were always so helpful. For us the pool and spa area were the best parts. Plenty of seating and shower areas. They also have an outdoor hot pool.

Great food with prices for all requirements. It is not the cheapest restaurant (Miorita), but for sure it has good food, exclusive desserts and the best traditional live band from Poiana

The hotel is beautiful, and when you see it for the first time, you are fascinated by its location and beauty, but when you stay in it, you notice that the hotel is old from the inside, especially the furniture As for the check-in, they are normal, and the check-out are excellent and fast, Ill give five stars if the furniture new

Hi, it’s my second time staying at the hotel, 2 years difference between, overall clean place, definitely not a 4 star hotel, beds are terrible, noisy and hard, no AC even though they described on booking that all rooms have it, a lots of door handles missing, pool and spa are nice ! The worst experience we had with the hotel’s restaurant “Miorita” which I didn’t try in my first time staying there.The food was terrible, like all the meat and sup was boiled in the same water, definitely not recommend eating there you just waste your money! Overall an ok place “not a 4 stars hotel ”to stay if you have an event in the area and if you can eat in other place !

I had the chance to sit there for couple of days triple room for me and my family, the room was big and had a big veranda with the view of the back.Honestly I was having high hopes for this hotel, but it’s not what I was expecting unfortunately. The breakfast was good, different options, mostly Romania inspired ☺️. The staff was helpful, I think prices are a bit high , please take universal adapters with you for your phone/ laptop and other electronics
