One of the most beautiful places I have been in Romania. Everything was so neat, beautiful, exceptionally beautiful. And the vibe was so serene and chilled. I would totally recommend a visit. Especially to Romanians. The entire place would make you feel good. For a plethora of reasons. You'll see.

Beautiful place! A must see for old times lovers. We had a very nice guide. She is fluent in English and French and she knows her job. She told us a lot of details about palace history and his owners. If you are hungry, they have a restaurant with good food.

Favorite place for a quick escape from the city noise. Clean, well maintained. Went there for a picnic on Easter day and it was not as crowded as we've expected. Clean public toilets all around the park, a very useful facility if you're visiting with kids and want to wash hands often. The greenery is nicely trimmed and the area around the castle is perfect for picnics, flying a kite, playing ball sports or just exploring bits of nature.

The place is nice because is in a palace. The food is just decent, the prices are not cheap and the service is slow. You can drink something here but I don't recommend eating here. Is almost a fast food with a slow service.

Fantastic, the architecture, the care in restoration.there we're at least 3 wedding parties there at the time. The guide we had from viking river Cruise was excellent in explaining the sad history of the family that owned it and about the tragic end at the hands of ottoman empire. Well worth the time and effort to get there.

Very nice historical building situated in Mogosoaia Park, with free entry in the gardens. It was not accessible inside the Palace and the restaurant was temporarily closed

(Translated by Google) A place that retains its former charm through the presence of the palace but is also modernly arranged with alleys, benches, lanterns, boats, bicycles, carts, terraces, etc. If it wasn't so far from me I would go more often. (Original) Un loc care isi pastreaza farmecul de odinioara prin prezenta palatului dar e si amenajat modern cu alei, bancute, felinare, barcute, biciclete, carturi, terase, etc. Daca nu era asa departe de mine mergeam mai des.

By far one of the worst and less offering restaurants I have been to. They take advantage of their location, but don't really offer much. Food is expensive, and it doesn't compensate through quality or quantity. 40 lei for a portion of pasta that was the most random thing I ate, made with the cheapest pasta and just 2-3 bites of meat. Not worth the money!

A very beautiful place to visit in northwestern Bucharest away from the hustle and bustle. There's a big park nearby and some people fishing by a gas station too! Definitely worth about 90 minutes of your time! The grounds are free to explore. You only have to pay for the museum inside.

Worst experience. The pork steak was undercooked, I complained about it and they gave me back the same meat but cut in pieces saying now it is well cooked. Really? And baked potatoes were not fresh, cold and almost rotten. I definitely not recommend.

Beautiful place to visit regardless of season. We had lots of fun during the spring. Parking is not too expensive, alternatively you can park in the neighborhood but the locals might get angry. Really great place to escape from the concrete jungle and dirty air in Bucharest.

Beautiful 1702 Romanian ruler’s villa in the Brâncovenesc style, also known as the Wallachian Renaissance or the Romanian Renaissance. You can park inside for 10 lei/ day, palace entrance 10 lei + another 20 lei if you want to take pictures. The park and surrounding area is free. I highly recommend taking a day to visit it so you can see the whole complex. There are events and contemporary art expos here all the time as well. The terrace/ restaurant inside the area is ok food wise but service is extremely slow, so make sure you eat ahead.

The largest English park in Bucharest and its surroundings. Very friendly and not very crowded. When I visited, no restaurant was open, but I don't know if they are not open on other days. Instead, several art exhibitions were open in the historical buildings in the center of the park, some of them very interesting.

Nice garden with lake, free entry the garden, ticket only for the main building museum, wide and relax area with few tourist, to compare with the Bucharest city center, it worth to visit, particularly before departure, it is on the way to airport, only less the half hour to get the airport.

(Translated by Google) The best preserved ensemble from Brâncovenesc- palace, annexes, cuhnie, church, mausoleum. Contemporary art exhibitions are organized in the courtyard and in the palace, but also on the lawn in the small courtyard. The park is beautiful, well maintained - landscapers, gardeners. Good restaurant, good service. Some guards from the security company park the service car in the courtyard of the palace - less than a quarter of a star.

Recreation: Paintball, bicycle riding, children's playgrounds. (Original) Un loc unde te poti plimba si admira frumusetile naturii. Picnicul pe iarba poate fi servit alaturi de cantecul pasarelelor. I like this place very much, the park is large, lots of green all over, nice view at the lake, nice sunsets. Mant trees, areas where you can spend some time on the grass, restaurants for various taste(from cheaper to more expensive ones), also you may rent a group-bike or enjoy some water competition in the summer. There are always flowers and the park all in all is taken care of. Will return.

Beautiful area with a park that's free to walk around, and the palace itself is 10 lei to enter. It's worth the visit. Its a beautiful palace with beautiful parks and beautiful nature around. The palace itself has a lot of stores and history to tell. I would totally recommend you the guided tour! My guide Elena is full of knowledge about the palace. Walking with her inside the palace, hearing the stories about the owner and learning about the architecture with her is like watching a historical movie unfold in front of you. She does a lot of research and studies about the building, the culture, and the people, you will learn a lot more than just walking around by yourself. I 100% recommended her !!

A lovely palace & quaint museum. My favorite section is the second floor with the old antiques and historical pieces. Worth taking a walk around the garden & along the river or lake (I'm not sure which it is), the views are a delight. Keep a look out for the "Palace cats"!

Posted here the review for the park, since it is in the same courtyard, but popped up first as a location for reviewing: Here I saw cranberries for the first time. (I just took one). For me the trees seem to be here from the begining of time. I get a sense of eternity, the whole place is a poetry without words. I think everyone can enjoy something here, either it's nature, playing, reading, studying nature, history, enjoying a meal at the restaurants or an icecream on the way, petting a cat, jogging etc.

Coming back to Mogoșoaia after so many years was not only a pleasant surprise, but also a great idea! The estate and buildings have been restored, indoors visits are possible, events and activities available. It remains one of the iconic spots for Romanian culture since the late 1600 to interwar period. If ever in Bucharest, save a day for Mogoșoaia, well worth visiting. Congrats 👏 to all those who worked on the project and continue to run the place.

It's not the most impressive old structure, especially on the inside, but it is a nice building and setting. The museum on the inside has some cool artifacts, although there isn't anything that's spectacularly old.

The palace has a very long history behind but it's not properly taken care of. In the ticket price you don't get any map of the place or any other explaining leaflet. The visitors wonder around without any guidance. Just read the history of this place before you get here. So poorly managed :(

The palace was built in 1702 AD by Constantin Brancoveanu, Prince of Wallachia. When the Ottomans seized the property, it was later purchased from the Ottomans by Prince Stefan Cantacuzino, who returned it to Brancoveanu's grandson. It is located 10klm outside Bucharest and it has a pleasant garden and a lake.
