so I came in after not passing my permit test and I was just walking around Costco typically looking for samples and I walk by this cliff bar sample stand and I asked if I could have the sample and the lady who was working kindly offered the whole bar,whoever that lady was thank you,you made my day and I hope you get a raise very soon shout out to you for giving me the bar and the sample :)

What can I say, Costco rocks!! I can shop for healthy foods and stock up for the whole month. If you're looking to fill up a pantry quick then the cost of membership is worth it.

Cameron in customer service and Mike are awesome. They truly know how to help a customer, greet them and make them feel welcome. Keep it up guys.

Just your typical Costco with everything for everyone. I'm just writing this review to tell you about the one time I had a dream of me fighting supervillains at a Costco roof. Loved that dream hahaha

Awful location! I would stay away and go to the next place. Went for an eye exam and they Dr wants to test 2 different Rx’s on me so I have to wait 3 weeks to get in the tests before I can get my Rx. Will be calling to file a complaint against this Costco and the Dr.

I took my mom during senior hour it was maybe 9:45am. Just 15mins from 10am. Because I'm the one who has the membership card they wouldn't let her in even though I would have been the one going in after to pay. So they made my mom wait...why? I was going in in 15mins. I wasn't even demanding to go in myself earlier once they explained the change of rules. They have a great return policy, hence the 3 stars, but stuff like this is ridiculous. Hopefully they address this in a staff mtg. If it goes better next time, then I'll revise my review and give 5 stars. Oh and we were parked close to the entrance so I saw when just like 5mins later they let in a group of young women. It was still before 10am. I was honestly very upset because of the double standard. And then they let anyone and everyone in 5mins before 10am. I used my time waiting to post an initial review which I have since revised to give credit where credit is due because honestly they have the best people in returns. If this matter is addressed and things go better next time, as I said they will honestly deserve a 5 star review.

Costco is Costco Usually always great service. It’s more of a self serve kind of store. But today being 114 degrees outside me my mother and sister with my two kids were out trying to fit everything in the van.. let me tell you we were struggling.. any-who Mike one of the cart attendants, going above an beyond customer service, he came to the rescue and asked us if we needed help and he would help us, we said sure he then said why don’t you guys get in the car and get in the ac while I load the back for you guys! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Thank You Mike, You are a one in a billion.

i recently quit at costco because of the harassment i was going through. i was getting hit, pushed,spat on and more. this behavior isn’t acceptable please don’t keeping supporting costco thank you.

I’ve been to many different Costco locations between Arizona and California, but this one was definitely the worst I’ve been to. The parking lot and how it’s designed makes it very difficult to even get there. The store is honestly pretty dirty, along with a few rude employees. I was disappointed visiting here. I know most Costcos are top notch but this one isn’t even close to that. 2/5 stars

Worst place to park especially when I was almost hit by another car as I was walking to put my cart away. Too much traffic in that area and extremely impatient people there . Not worth paying monthly for a club card for that experience.

Crowded because of holiday shoppers but they had almost all of the check stands open so checkout was pretty easy. It was worth it because they do have the best rotisserie chicken 🐔 and blueberry muffins.

Great help at the membership desk (Jorge) and the person in charge of electronics super helpful. The problem we had was that I ordered a tablet 5 times and the order got canceled 5 times. Customer service over the phone tried to help but couldn't tell me the right reasons of the cancelation. The item was out of stock in all the region's warehouses. Very frustrating.

Costco is outstanding, even more if you buy your items in bulk. We shop here for most all items we use in large quantities.

One of the best stores internationally, always go there for a few items and end up getting more stuff,. Great customer service always willing to help you.

It's OK. It gets really packed with people. Making it hard to Traverse the isles and the lines to check out are all the way to the back wall. Only go if you absolutely need something from Costco. Parking is a nightmare.. the gas station lines end up in the parking area. Is a cluster F......

Not worth a 1hr drive to this Costco. If you have a service dog they deny you entrance. The elderly woman in the front was super rude about it just nudging her finger and mumbling all you can hear is no no and pointed at my service animal. I kindly asked to bring the manager and he was super rude he came to us up front with an attitude and ready to argue when we were extremely calm with no attitude. We just turned around and left so if you come with a service animal bring your proof of it because if not they will deny entrance. So they are not getting my money. I’ve been to several Costco’s in my home town in New Jersey and not once ever ever was denied entrance. Or asked to show any type of proof. People need to be educated on how service animals function and what they are for and not just kick someone out. The manager in this Costco needs to get educated or not even be a manager.

Always love Costco! Super sad they don't have combo pizza anymore. And not loving the salad they put on the food court menu. It's not the same as the other one they had before. It's quantity over quality. I would opt more for quality over quantity. That's what I'd prefer. Which seems unlike Costco. They are usually on their game.

They need more help so there aren't such long lines at check-out. They seem to have a hard time getting fresh salmon. The fish usually smells at this location. This doesn't happen when the fish is fresh. I make a special trip to San Diego to get that location's fish.

For having a big family it's great to buy things in bulk. And it's great for people who look for special things they love. They have everything you want.

You can never go wrong with a Costco membership. And no it's not bulk everything like everyone thinks. Costco sells the highest quality products on the market and stand behind every purchase on every product, satisfaction guaranteed. Besides buying things in the store you get a lot more perks with your membership that people don't realize for example, travel agency with deep discounts, car rentals, house upgrades and no haggle lowest price on new vehicles at dealerships. Just some examples.

Store is just too crowded for my liking. Lines get pretty long before they open another register. Those wanting to get gas here plan on waiting a bit before fueling up. Membership has is privileges, long lines🙄

I'm a regular shopper at Costco. This location is always quite busy but has the items I need or perhaps want. I also put gas in my Jeep here at a lower cost.

What else can I add about Costco? Always busy and this time, no parking within easy walking distance. I did have my truck tires balanced& rotated, per buying agreement.

I'm rating today's visit (01/09/22) 5 stars. Every year I go in to renew our business account with 16 active cards. There hasn't been a year, the last 20 years or so, that I haven't needed to make changes. I have never worked at a Costco, but I imagine what I request is not a simple transaction. Although Costco employees of the past have never been outright rude, they have been noticeably frustrated. Today was completely different. I was assisted by Josh. He was polite, upbeat, expeditious, and knowledgeable. He renewed our membership, made the changes I requested, and did it in record time. Not once did he lose his smile. Frame maintained. Lol! Great job, Josh! And great job, Costco, for hiring this young man. A raise and promotion for employees with this type of customer service skills, please.

Very small store!!! Not many of the "KIRKLAND" BRANDS in stock. So disappointing after having the "Bellingham" location. Costco please open a Costco Business Center in Yuma, Az. I'm missing my Washington Costco's 😪😪😪 they have everything.

Costco is always a good place to shop. This is a good Costco, well kept and has everything we need. When it gets busy, the staff step up and keep the lines moving. Seems to be managed very well.

Good products at a great price, and I always leave with more amazing things than i originally planned.

Specifically came in to apply for their citi card. Wasnt told if I was approved then and there. I was Told to wait 10 days to get a letter with my card.... My cousin HAD JUST GONE IN before me( 10min before) same guy and lady helped us...they told her then and there if she was approved..the amoumt for and even gave her a temp card to use to shop and to wait 7 days to get her real card....point being...why lie. If it wasnt approved just tell me...😒 other than that they are pretty decent with having thing available and pricing is eh. Foos court is the best thing there. Always has been always will be.

Terrible experience, the manager kicked me out of the store just for not wearing a mask, is ridiculous, I have the same right to buy as anyone else. This is the only place that requires you a mask. I will never buy again at Costco.

The biker Look Alike gas attendant is very rude to customers and If they don't pull up like he tells you to . He will start nagging at you and wont let up.

Honestly, I go I shop. It's got great quality selectio of gifts, food, furniture, tools, seasonal, and more. I usually try and take advantage of my membership as much as I can. The return policy is great and buying in bulk keeps me stocked for months until the next sale.

Tried to return some shirts for our sick father and they refused to let us. Its never been an issue with any other Costco and have never gotten talked down to like this. Really rude people here overall.

Great option to Buy good Quality clothes. Pay extra attention and You Will find better deals, look for prices that end in 97 cents. It's My place to get almond milk, great bargain. Cheese, berries and nuts are a must. High Quality body lotion and cream. Many products are worth it, dishware, LIGHTS!, outdoor.

Everyone is so helpfull always, the service and everything is always clean and in order, no wonder is always packed
