Very affordable. The lady at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Wide variety of equipment. The place makes you want to workout...it is motivating. It can be very crowded on afternoons around 3 to 5.

Very cool gym.. Some suggestions for improvement: 1. They should have a small pay per hour kid watching service. 2. More kettle bells and resistance bands available for members 3. Longer opening hours on Sunday 4. Better juice bar

This place is very cheap. The cheapest gym I know with quality machines and quick and reliable service. There are also personal trainers around that you can pay extra for. It's upstairs so you're gonna have an extra tough Leg day but overall it's really good. The only thing for it is it closes too "early"

Very reasonable and clean.. would definitely recommend if you live close or arima proper. Hands down better that D dial Fitness.

Excellent facilities with a trained staff and top of the li e equipment. Very spacious and accomodating with workout as well as cross fit activities made readily available.
