Their CSR Alicia Is Very Polite, Helpful And Her Level.Of Customer Service Is Superb!

Courts does not know how to treat their customers. I don't know if they are under staffed but all the workers seem to be overwhelmed and some simply have a bad attitude. It's as though you're bothering them when you ask a question or ask for assistance. If their customer service improves I'll give a better rating.

Opening time should be like 8 to 8:30 because of working individuals and it don't have a place to wait because you burn in that Sun until.

Brand new kettle bought today at Courts Arima. Had it replaced with different brand

Hmm , CSR are most helpful but the rest of services ,they do try your patience at times ,services can always do with fine tuning.

Not a big fan of paying 500- 1000 extra for "warranty" when I should be getting a warranty anyway as a consumer right of purchasing. But this review is to bring light to the customer service lady in the store yesterday -6/7/23. The stars are for her only. I was waiting in the line to go pay my bill in the machine. And Trinidadians seems to have forgotten about COVID. In general they have no respect or idea of personal space. You should never be so close to me that I know what you smell like - unless you... know me. Duh. Anyway, she came to the line and politely asked everyone to use the spaced markers on the floor. There was an older gentleman close behind me too. And I'm not sure If men really aren't aware or they do this to be pervy but they will come straight up behind a woman, to the point of making her scared and uncomfortable and if you speak about it you get cursed out sometimes. That's the mentality of men in Trinidad. This lady was my hero and I was impressed by how politely she spoke and still got everyone to take her seriously. The lady in question is a bit plus sized but is bigger ladies are usually more friendly ❣️

I will give it a 4 because the sales clerk like she felt she was to big to sell me because I did not come to buy something costly .But courts is expanding on merchandise that's pleasantly great

The store has a way of looking like a flea market. Everything looks jumbled. Even the sign has a cheap impression. My family purchased a tv stand, and 2 bedside tables more than 8 years ago and we still use them. They serve us well. So although Courts has quality merchandise, the presentation of each store has to have a do-over.

I have visited the Arima branch on many occasions and the service I receive there is the besttttt ever. I would like to recognize Ms Gisselle Taylor on her wonderful custome service. Her smile, she is courteous, honest and very accommodating. She is soooo knowledgeable and not to mention when say she is calling you believe it she is giving you that call with happy news. Giselle Taylor of Courts in Arima you go Above and Beyond and I wanna say thank you! Representatives as yourselves allow customers to continue shopping.

Quick easy. Friendly staff. Easy transition of in and out.

Horrible customer service. Uninformed sales staff and a manager that was quite insultive to both myself and the salesperson. Been waiting over a week for a technician to install my item that I paid cash for as I was told that the warranty would not be honored if I did it privately. So I paid for bad service and level attitude. Better than that Courts train your staff so when people spend their hard earned cash they can at least be satisfied. Would give them a half star if that was an option.

Courts furniture store Arima, is a nice little place for furniture, appliances and some extras as well such as cell phones, weed Wackers, bicycles, and a few more things that doesn't come to mind right now. One of their smaller stores but always a nice experience. Items can be purchased on instalments as well.

They are doing their very best to make their clients feel appreciated and wanted.
