I would have reviewed Pennywise on numerous occasions. But I recently experienced a disconcerting trend in the Trincity Mall Branch. So Buyers-be-aware and pay careful attention to your bills. On 2 occasions I picked up items identified on the shelf at one price but was charged a considerably higher price at the cashier. The first time I was told that I misjudged the price of the item. The second time, I followed the rep back to the shelves and witnessed a sales person pull the tag from the higher priced item and handed it to the rep. I intervened and showed them the item labelled with a lower price on the shelf and they looked at me shocked. At this point, I refused to purchase the item and asked for a refund. The only thing I am sure about is that someone is not doing their job. And if this is a new trend, pay careful attention to your bills.

Good prices. Always find everything you need. The customer service is occasionally lacking but all in all a good shopping experience.

I've never had a bad experience shopping at any location, this is obviously against the general consensus when it comes to customer service but they usually have what you need and if they don't it's out of stock. Do better. It's a one stop shop for literally every lady, you gotta be quicker than that. 😂

Good product and service from employees but I have a serious problem with the security guards. They need to to their job and not try to be pennywise workers

A bit congested especially where getting your items cashed is concerned. Took too long waiting in line to be cashed.

Pennywise is cool for the items and some of the staff are tolerable i stress om some

Best Pennywise customer service I ever received!! At every corner someone was pleasantly asking me if they could help and delivering service with a smile. I was even escorted through the store to the items I needed. I'll definitely go back. Exceptional product variety also!! 👍🏾👍🏾💯 #10stars

Always happy to visit Pennywise. The staff is so helpful and polite. The store is well kept and well stocked. They offer some really good deals to help lower your bill.

Greatful that they still left their sanitation station for their customer. Alot of businesses have remove their sanitation station as if covid is no more. People please be careful. Some of their sanitizing wipes are not available most of the options are baby wipes. A wide variety of products and brands to choose from at affordable price for their cusromers. I love that they opened a pharmacy so you can get your meds in one place.

This was my first visit to Pennywise Arima. I came for and got a saline solution and gauze. They didn't have Nature's Way liquid chlorophyll or the swim noodle. However the staff was very helpful and referred me to the Chinese store around the corner for the latter. The store was crowded but the lines moved fast.

Well my Pennywise experiences are always the same, quick in and out. Everything is easily accessible and the staff is helpful.

It is always good going there..you name it they have got it like wide variety of hair products, skin products, men cologne and ladies perfume, you can also get health products and some small appliances

It was a great experience you get to buy lot of household items in one place

The staff was very plesant and helpful. The aisles are a too small, should be wide to accommodate the use of trolleys. The basket is not enough for the quality of things I had to purchase.

I didn't enjoy my experience here. It was well stocked but I've become accustomed to the space at other locations like Grand Bazaar and Trincity Mall. That's probably just my preference but I didn't want to linger or be there long. I got in and got out.

One of my favorite stores. Often over crowded and out of stock but sometimes the friendly staff help with alternatives. Wide range of item options.

Store capacity is managed at the door, as with other places, some room for improvement in terms of customer service for a few of the representatives. There is however some staff at these branch that really goes up and beyond to provide a splendid shopping experience everytime.

If you're interested in having some ideas about were you can get some of the most reasonable price for you to look and smell good then the nation's largest selection of perfumes, hair products, gift sets,shaving equipment etc 😄 then we are going Pennywise Cosmetics 💄 so the bigger the better in this case so thanks for taking my advice do have a wonderful day God bless

They want you to BUY their electronic products THEN they will test it. Wrong way to do things, I need to know if it is garbage quality these people trying to sell me. So once they have your money in the bag is your skin to catch. I was told if it's not working I'll get my money back? What sense is that? Why cash something in to find that it may not be working, that is time wasting. Never going to shop there again. Only one male employee was helpful and two female employees didn't know what they were doing. I was directed to the first female to get my product tested. I asked her a simple question and got their so-called policy instead, then I over heard her speaking about me. Chile! The other female employee by the counter claim she must be from Brazil and acting like she didn't know nothing. Even if my product is not working before 7 days is up I will buy my product from online. I've learnt my lesson. I get better service from Amazon all day all night.

I shopped at Arima, Trincity and Chaguanas Branches recently and all employess I met were very helpful, warm and friendly.It was not always like this. Whatever personality changed happened it was extremely uplifting! Keep it up people.🤞

Nice clean variety of items, prices are in wrong places? Which makes check out becomes complicated? Embarrassing? Disappointing? Loss of Sales!

One of the smaller stores but always well stocked with everything you need in the way of toiletries. It was recently expanded to include a pharmacy which is quite reasonable. A good stop if you're in Arima.

Pennywise is a cosmetics store but also sells all different types of products for hair and beauty very affordable and shopping with east is also customer friendly.

Big enough store. Found some friendly staff, who knew where everything was located. Long check out lines, but quick cashiers. All cashing spots were full..

A bit crowded but had more electronic items eg diffusers than the bigger stores
